I went to Tashkent with my big family (8 members total). We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The house itself is spacious, very clean, and well-maintained — perfect for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tashkent. Thank you 🙏🏻

Abbiamo trascorso un paio di giorni splendidi nella casa di Gula a Samarcanda. Gula è stata un'host eccezionale, sempre disponibile e attenta a ogni nostra esigenza facendoci sentire davvero i benvenuti. La posizione della casa è perfetta, ideale per spostarsi comodamente e raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni della città. L'abitazione è molto bella e curata, accogliente in ogni dettaglio, con spazi luminosi e confortevoli. Anche il bagno è moderno, pulitissimo e la doccia è immensa. Inoltre, abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo lo spazio esterno, che ci ha permesso di vivere momenti di grande convivialità, perfetti sia per gustare un tè serale sia per condividere la cena in un'atmosfera rilassata e in linea con lo spirito della città Consigliamo assolutamente di soggiornare qui per vivere al meglio l'atmosfera di Samarcanda!

Very good place for a low price, you get an entire house and the people renting it are very nice and helpful. Highly recommend it !

Staying here was a fantastic experience! The host was incredibly helpful—we arrived early, and she kindly provided a place to store our luggage and even offered a space to rest while our room was being prepared. Very friendly and cooperative. Highly recommended!

이 숙소는 새로 지어진 건물로 모든 것이 완벽합니다~ 깨끗한 시설과 넓은 공간, 맑은 수영장 등 여행의 피로를 풀고 휴식을 취하기에 충분한 숙소입니다~ 우리는 7명의 성인 남성으로 구성된 일행으로 렌터카를 이용하였습니다~ 숙소를 찾아가는데 어려움이 없었으며, 2대의 차량을 주차하는데도 충분하였습니다~ 호스트는 항상 도움을 주기 위해 노력하였습니다~ 이 숙소를 이용하시는 모든 여행자분들의 행운을 기원합니다~ 감사합니다~

Our family had an awesome time at Guli's holiday home. Everything was as described and better. We especially enjoyed the heated pool (huge plus) and also the beautifully grown garden with lovely flowers and fruit trees - black figs, grapes, pear, cherry and walnut. Amazing! We also especially enjoyed the wet kitchen as we did all of our cooking there. The host was also kind enough to provide us with charcoal briquets which we used to grill kebabs! The cauldron we used to cook is run by gas which was awesome. The rooms we nice, spacious and clean. The bathroom had all we needed even down to detergent. There are little mini-markets and several wine/beer shops that are about a 10 minute walk away. Transportation is also available via Y.andex taxi but you will have to walk out to the nearest intersection when you leave. Finally, thanks Guli for the great communication from the start and also thanks to the friendly care-taker who checked us in and provided us with helpful tips!

Мы остались в полном восторге от проживания у Алексея! Он очень приятный собеседник, заботливый хозяин и замечательный человек. В доме все было очень комфортно и чисто. Удобные большие кровати и полная тишина по ночам. Нам очень хорошо спалось! Гостили у него с дочкой и ей тоже все очень понравилось. Она попросила поставить ему 10 баллов, а лучше 100😄 Обязательно остановимся здесь еще, когда в следующий раз приедем в Ташкент. До центра на такси ехать 15 минут. Рядом есть магазинчик, где есть все необходимое и кафе с вкусным пловом

Мы снимали у Акмала две квартиры на новогодние праздники, эту и побольше, пишу общий отзыв. Кратко - отличное жилье, всем советую! Вообще всегда в новом городе трудно выбирать жилье, ты тут не был, могут быть всякие особенности. Здесь мы отлично выбрали: 1. Обе квартиры в комплексе Ташкент-сити, это очень новые дома (на 2й квартире еще даже пленку на лифтах не содрали), на входе охрана и тд (хотя с виду очень безопасно) 2. Свежий ремонт, новая мебель, очень чисто 3. Интернет хороший 4. Рядом огромный молл Ташкент-Сити, всякие рестораны/кафе Мы пользовались телевизором, стиралкой (на этой квартире), чайником, микроволновкой. Были всякие недостатки по мелочи, про них в личку написал Акмалу, надеюсь они все поправят (например на одной внутренней двери ручка плохо закреплена). Из потенциальных недостатков - плохо прописано, как добираться, Акмал просто говорит "позвоните мне и я таксисту объясню, как ехать". И это правда работает, мы окей добрались, но с адресом было бы проще :)

Great place away from Tashkent hustle and bustle. One our ride away from city centre but totally worth it. Beautiful mountains from windows and terrace. Excellent host - arranged a cook and a baby-sitter on request. Villa is amazing

The cottage itself is cozy, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities one could need. The rustic charm combined with modern comforts made for a truly enjoyable stay. the peaceful ambiance was unmatched. The host & the manager were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They provided great local tips and were always available to answer any questions. Their hospitality truly made the experience special. They even advised us a local driver who was taking us to all sightseeing around the area. Overall, we highly recommend this mountain Airbnb for anyone seeking a peaceful place

Modern, Spacious, and Exceptionally Comfortable – A Great Stay in Tashkent! I had a fantastic stay at this beautifully designed apartment in Tashkent. The place is spacious, tastefully decorated, and extremely well-maintained. From the polished wood floors to the clean, modern finishes throughout, everything felt fresh and thoughtfully arranged. The bedroom was cozy yet elegant, with warm lighting and thick curtains that ensured a peaceful night’s sleep. The living area and open kitchen were stylish and functional, complete with all necessary appliances for cooking or relaxing. I also appreciated the dedicated vanity corner in the bedroom – a great touch for getting ready. The bathroom was sleek and spotless, with a modern sink setup and a washer neatly built into the space. It had everything needed for a comfortable and extended stay. A huge thank you to the host, Dyor, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout. He made check-in smooth and was always quick to respond

Very nice house near the city

Very friendly hosts, airport pickup and drop off that is super helpful as reduces stress for the first timers in city. Location was convenient, walking distance around center of city. Really happy with the stay. Just note that accommodation is on the third floor, so one would need to be ok with walking up or down the stairs. 24 hour shop is nearby, so in case if you forgot to pack some essentials with you, store is just couple hundred meters away.

Nice large apartment. Dinara has done a good job of making it cozy. Very clean. Safe parking. If you love TV there are 3! Dinara gets back to you quickly when you need her. Plenty of blankets to keep you warm and comfortable bed.
