This might be the most spotlessly clean place I’ve ever stayed. I was beyond impressed. I also found this place incredibly well appointed and far superior to the typical good Airbnb. I felt very much at home. I was impressed and would have a hard time staying someplace else on my next visit to Jozi. Kingsley and his partner were very responsive and pleasant and I appreciated this. I also found the staff at the building very friendly. If you are very sensitive to noise, as I am (ptsd from New York City apt living and thin walls) I would give that a little consideration., but the place was so superb in every other capacity that I think it’s too hard to pass up a stay here. I stayed two weeks and have stayed all over the world. Easily a top Airbnb experience for me, all things considered.

I loved staying here. It felt so comfy like a home away from home. I so appreciated all the treats and supplies, the electric blanket, extra towels, even the decor. The host and co-host are super friendly and responsive too. Looks exactly like the pictures, plus the private garden is lush with birds chirping - perfect for an outdoor meditation.

Once again, had a pleasure to stay In this incredible apartment. I can't recommend it enough! Everything about Shaun's place exceeds my expectations! We always have a peaceful stay when we come here, one of the best apartments in the area and Shaun is a wonderful, welcoming, responsive & friendly host. we love and enjoy every minute of our stay. Definitely my go to place! Highly recommended!!

Great place to stay in easy walking distance to the popular part of town and to the Vaal river. Safe, quiet with great amenities. I will definitely make use of the place again in the future.

Beautiful view from almost every room, inside is very modern , solar but also Eskom electricity on those rainy days made a big difference. Clean rooms and bathrooms Private and very safe area Few nice hikes inside the estate easily accessed from the house which was great fun Thank you for a lovely stay

Great place, it was inviting and quite homely. The garden is plush and everything just works perfectly. Thank you to Ben and Co for a good stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a fab time.

My family and I enjoyed our stay - this felt like home away from home. The pictures didn’t do it any justice, the place is more beautiful in person. A safe haven indeed, from the busyness of the city. Everything looked amazing and perfectly located. The host was easily accessible and proactive, not to mention friendly and helpful.

Exactly as pictured and more!! What a treat, tucked away and surrounded by beautiful greenery all around the property. It is decorated with stunning pieces but still feels like home away from home. My visit was short but I will be back. Tash and the housekeeper Shayla were so sweet and helpful through the entirely of our stay.

Our stay in your Rosebank apartment was great. Rooms were clean and in great condition. The location was also excellent, because Rosebank mall was just around the corner, about 200 meters.

Natalia is friendly and accommodating. Her cozy casa is absolutely clean, neat, spacious and comfortable. We felt right at home and safe. I will definitely be back when needed. My family and I were very happy and satisfied with our choice.

Place was cool design. Only complaints was WiFi wasn’t working because it was being worked on and it was winter so they need another heater or something because it was freezing 😭.
