Townhouse holiday rentals in Vaca Key

Our stay was great for a family of 5. Vaulted ceilings, CLEAN bathrooms, nice tile, fixtures, plush towels and bath rugs, lots of pool towels, large couch, huge dining table, immaculate stocked kitchen, ice and water dispensers in fridge, short walk to a heated pool, deep canal steps away (under construction) and next to a full service marina. Parking easy, check in seamless. Great for kids lots of space to spread out, multiple porches, quiet, central location. Brian was easy to work with. Could improve: Master bath barn door (not shown in listing) did not open/close easily. The toilet is awkwardly close to the bed (you can reach the bed from the toilet). Also, if you can get the barn door shut, the gaps btwn the door are so big it doesn’t offer any privacy. We used the other 2 toilets in the house instead of the one in the master. A regular door there would be a big improvement. Beds were average, sheets were low quality, window blinds, pots and pans have seen better days.

Wonderful place to stay with a great location. Very private community with a heated pool and a great view of the Gulf side of the island. Sit at the pool and enjoy watching the kids fish at the dock.

Claire had an emergency which caused her to forget to contact house cleaning but she was awesome to work with and went over and above to make it right when we told her of the problem. You won’t find a more beautiful private place to stay. Location is as good as it gets. Claire was a great host and we really appreciated it.

Wonderful place to stay and great location for multiple key adventures throughout your stay. My family and I enjoyed the stay. We will definitely stay with little torch cottages again!

We had a nice stay at the condo. The place was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. There are 3 levels and another outdoor staircase to get up on to the rooftop area. The outdoor patio was nice to sit on in the morning and evening. The grounds and the pools at the resort were great. We spent most of the days outside. The condo is located in a busy area and close to restaurants and grocery stores. There are some basic supplies like small shampoo bottles and some spices for cooking but you will need to bring or buy your own. There are plenty of dishes and cookware between the 2 kitchens but no plastic cups to take outside.

we found this house to be an amazing location and very comfortable. host was readily available whenever we contacted her. maintenance guy is super nice and super cool and so very accommodating. would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Islamorada.

Jack and Susan are wonderful hosts! Their home is beautiful. It felt like home and the small, private beach area was so peaceful. Susan gave great recommendations on places to eat and things to do and was always responsive to all questions I had. Would definitely stay again!

The Mariners Club was an excellent stay, Fernando’s property was extremely comfortable, clean and well appointed. The surrounding grounds, pools, marina and beach area were the best. These villas are a wonderful place to stay. Very peaceful and quiet. Felt very safe.

We had a wonderful time and were so pleased with the accommodations. Ava kept us posted with any information we needed and always asked if there was anything we needed from her. We will definitely come back!

This is a beautiful peaceful townhome located on the ocean. The sunset views are breathtaking. The back porch was my favorite “room” of the home. The grounds are well taken care of and the pool is beautiful. Alex the property manager is super helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back for another visit.

Our stay here was wonderful. The villa had everything a traveling guest could possibly need. When a host really puts thought into what it in the home it really stands out. We are frequently in Marathon and I will absolutely be looking to book here again in the future.

It was a great place for vacation very clean. The maid was very nice. We did come a little earlier than we were supposed to but it’s OK things happen. Just want to thank you again my phone actually got broke yesterday so I couldn’t give you the survey yesterday or I would’ve I got water in it at the keys. Lol but thank you so much. We loved our stay at this villa in the Indigo Reef resort. We were a family of 6 adults and 3 little ones and this place was perfect. The pool was fun for the kids, the view of the reef was beautiful to wake up to. The host was super responsive to our needs - got us a high chair for our one year old. Everything was nearby - groceries, restaurants. Our favorites were sombrero beach with the kids and Iree island eats for lunch.

What a lovely place! The pictures don’t do this home justice. My family and I had a wonderful time in Marathon. The pool proximity to the house is top notch. Such a relaxing, family friendly environment. We enjoyed walking around the adjacent marina and admiring the boats. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great stay. Location and view are great. Central keys location is within an hour of everything. Enjoyed the sunsets.

The place was very nice. It was clean and everything we needed was there. We like to cook instead of eating out a lot and the kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. The bathroom was also very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our trip to the Keys mainly because we had a beautiful place to end our days with. The little plunge pool was a nice retreat in the evenings too. Miguel was very responsive and answered whatever questions we had. We recommend staying here if you like peace and quiet at night.

We just returned from a week at the Keys Ocean vacation rental! The place was exactly like the photos and in such a beautiful place overlooking the marina. The condo had all that we needed and more with all the amenities that you could need (beach chairs, kayak, SUP board, tennis rackets, etc.) as well as bathroom amenities so all you need to do is pack your clothes and go! It's a short walk to the Coco Plum Beach and a short drive to the Sombrero Beach which is slightly bigger. There's great walking and running paths as well. You can also walk to a fish market for stone crabs as well as a deli and market. We also like to fish so being on the dock was great for the kids and also went on the local party boat one day which is only 5 mins away. The condo was spotless and just perfect for our family of 4! We will be back!

Our family of 5 with grown teen/adults, loved staying at Bonefish. The view of the marina, morning and night was peaceful. The townhome was spotless. We enjoyed the pool, loved that it was heated. Played pickle ball. Met some nice folks and they gave lots of local hangout recommendations. Franks Grill was fantastic, but make reservations. The beach down the road was a little disappointing, it is covered in mass amounts of seaweed. Beds were comfy. Overall very relaxing vacation!! The place was beautiful, would recommend and stay here again if ever back in Marathon.

This house was so comfortable and accommodating! The weather was bad the first 4 days of our trip and it was so nice to have the game room to keep us entertained! Everything you need and more!

The town house was nice! There was a lot of space! The amenities were very nice! It was nice to have the pool after a day on the water! There were a lot of sugar ants in the kitchen but that’s Florida!

Very cute spot. Worked well for our family of 5. Close to Marathon restaurants, grocery stores etc. My kids loved fishing in the canals.

Staying at Lissette’s place was an absolute joy! It was so clear that she takes great pride in making sure her guests are comfortable, and well taken care of, with every detail lovingly considered. The condo has a great vibe and a positive, restorative feel. The decor was adorable, the beds were comfortable (especially the king!), and my kids loved the Murphy bed arrangement in the little cove just off of the living room. The property is close to great restaurants, and the amenities including pool, jacuzzi, gym and game room are wonderful! Although our stay was short (2 nights), we felt we got so much out of this long weekend get-away! I’ve been on Airbnb for almost 10 years, and Lissete is the best host ever, super communicative, and genuinely cares that her guests are happy! We would love to come back!

Wonderful place to stay. Centrally located in the keys so easy travel to all the keys.
