The Villetta Matteo is our private accommodation on the Costa Paradiso (view of Corsica). It is a beautifully located vacation home, on a hillside 80 m above sea level with 180 degree sea views from the spacious sun deck, embedded in rocky surroundings and Mediterranean vegetation. It offers sea views from all rooms as well as direct access to the terraces. A shared pool with breathtaking views of the sea and a nearby sandy beach "Li Cossi" (15-minute walk) complete the stay.

The terraced house inserted in a complex of only 5 units, was completely renovated in 2019, is in a charming and evocative location. It offers the opportunity to enjoy unforgettable sunsets in complete relaxation from the beautiful and large solarium overlooking the sea. The house consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, the living room with fully equipped open kitchen with all appliances and has an independent entrance from the garden side.

Only a few steps from the sea, but also from mini-markets, cafe's and restaurants, the house has the added value of not having to take the car for small errands. It comprises of two comfortable double bedrooms (each with their own bathroom), living room, fully furnished kitchen and a large terrace on the beach where guests can relax in an enchanting scenery.

Casa Atlante is a restoration project using the typical style of Costa Paradiso village. As designers, I (Sabrina) and my boyfriend Daniele decided to buy this apartment and restore it to its original condition, respecting the design and materials of the 70s. Surrounded by greenery and in complete tranquility, you can reach it by a short stretch of unpaved road. Located on a large private property with a large garden and orchard with attention to detail. Freshwater pool, large barbecue area, wood-burning oven, outdoor veranda equipped with all the comforts.

An oasis of peace in one of the most evocative places in North-Sardinia, Costa Paradiso. Enjoy a unique sunset from the two terraces, with spectacular views of the Asinara and the Bocche di Bonifacio. The house has an equipped kitchen, a large living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Wifi is also available, but we doubt you'll use it. A five-minute drive from the sea, surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden.
