House holiday rentals in Vacoas-Phoenix

Thanks to Julie for hosting us and for her advice. We had a very good week in this accommodation, with every comfort. Thanks also to the owners Dominique and Michel for their hospitality. The place is perfect for a family stay. Spacious, quiet and close to nature. If we had to note a negative point, it is the fact that the house is far from the center, you must have a car to go shopping or go to the restaurant. The small cottage of Jf and Kareen more than convinced us with its very own charm, a great layout and its optimal location. It was clean, tidy and lovingly furnished. The hosts didn't promise too much, were themselves very friendly, courteous and always available for questions. Would recommend this place with a clear conscience at any time 😊

The place consists in a small bungalow in a big garden with a pool. Inside are the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom while outside are covered living and dining "rooms". The inside is very well-equipped. We have never seen such a small place so crammed with all sorts of useful equipment such as a Nespresso coffee maker (capsules provided) and a lot more, so the concept of the house is really good. The outside is also very cozy, perfect for breakfast, sipping a rhum after dinner or simply relaxing with a good book. You can park the car in the garden. A huge plus is that the beach is only a few minutes walking away and you get good snorkeling right out of the beach (beware of the currents). An outside shower is available in the garden as well as drying lines. The corresondence with Elodie and Laurent was very good and helpful. Altogether a great place. Highly recommended.

The stay at Celia’s villa was wonderful. It was a small hidden oasis in the midst of the city and very peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay at Celia’s place Will definitely come back

It's a beautiful place, calm, serene & peaceful. The villa is rustic with beautiful corners & paintings adorning its walls. It's is close by to everything including the airport. There is a detailed guidebook curated by the hosts. And there is a little corner for books.

House is absolutely stunning. Very well equipped kitchen, master bedroom is huge with breathtaking views. There are 4 bedrooms in the house, all with private bathrooms. The pool and deck were fantastic. It was so nice to sit there and just look at the ocean! The property is located approx. 10 min walk (2 min drive) from the main street and the beach. A shopping center with a grocery store is also super close. Athalie was very nice, super flexible and helpful. She gave us a detailed tour of the house. It was really nice to meet her. The only thing that was a problem and may be a problem in the future is the roof over the staricase. It is made of glass and unfortunately leaks when it rains. Since the leak was quite big and required a lot of work and effort from us to keep the house dry, we assume that it would probably be fixed very soon, so it may not be a problem anymore.

Thank you for the great stay in your house. We had a great time! Location is unbeatable! Amazing views of the Indian Ocean. A private small beach is also part of the house. Pool was cleaned daily as well as the house. Very friendly welcome by Davina. Which was always available to us during the stay if you had any questions. She was always very responsive. Also the guard of the property was very helpful and went shopping with us on the first day by car. We did not have our own car but were super looked after by the Nazim and his drivers. Finally had the same taxi driver (Nawfar) during our stay that we highly recommend. The excursions with him were great! He showed us many beautiful places and was available to us all day if we wished. So there is also no need to have your own car. A local supermarket is also within walking distance.

The Place was amazing, it was clean and beautiful just like the pictures. We enjoyed our time there and liked the privacy we had there. Also our host Julie was great, she gave us recommendation for restaurants in the area,also she was very helpful and responsive for our check in and during our stay.

She made our stay as simple and enjoyable as possible. Whenever we needed help, his responses were quick and effective. We were confined in the apartment for a day or two because of the cyclone, but the quality of the accommodation, including the pool, allowed us to enjoy anyway. Amreen was very thoughtful and cared for our well-being throughout this situation. I highly recommend this listing 100%. We were guests at Christine's Airbnb for the second time. The Airbnb was cleaned daily, the beds freshly made. They put a lot of effort into making the guest have a pleasant time. The location of the Airbnb is super located to walk to restaurants or to shop for small things. We enjoyed the week very much and would book it again.

Michel is a pleasant, discreet and helpful host, very responsive and gives good advice. He booked all our excursions, including the restaurant, taxi, and rental car. The accommodation is clean and comfortable and exactly matches the description. I highly recommend it.

Cleanliness, friendliness, etc. are all perfect! I asked to use the washing machine, but he listened happily! Perfect place to stay near the airport.

It was a tropical paradise, felt like home from home. You wake up hearing the ocean, incredible spot for sunset and has everything you need and more. Definitely will be staying here again, would highly recommend.

Would recommend staying at Dan’s place. We had a great visit. The apartment is conveniently located ~5 min walk to beach and “downtown” Flic en Flac. Apartment is comfortable and has the amenities you need. Best of all is Dan! He’s a great AirBnb host. He and his mother could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Thank you for everything!

Kavita, Priscille and Usha were very nice, helped us finding our way to restaurants and other things in the neighbourhood. Very clean and looked after location directly at a small beach. Restaurants at walking distance. Very nice house!

We had a wonderful time here. Julien’s communication was perfect, he couldn’t have been more helpful with information about the house and any questions we had whilst we were there. The beach by the house was lovely for walking and watching the sunset then we used the house as a base to visit the beaches further up the coast which were only about 25mins drive. Recommended 👍

Great place to stay, 100% Recommendation. Everything is as described and in good condition. We stayed with Infants and they also liked it and had fun with the toys, sandbox and pool. Perfect spot to explore the West and Southwest. Sophie and Valérie are very helpful and friendly in Communication. You ll not regret to stay here. Best wishes.

The accommodation is as on the pictures, rooms very clean, a very nice family hearty food, you feel at home with mom, everything is great. I highly recommend it, also a huge terrace where you can hang out in the evening. 2 rooms, 1 living room a washing machine is available in the bathroom basically everything you need. book your trip and enjoy Mauritius👌👌.

Great location. We loved the privacy of the place, with the beach in front of the garden. The area is not touristic, which we liked (we had a rental car). Geraldine is a nice host, we had good contact.
