Cosimo and his mother Francesca were so lovely to deal with. There were a lot of personal touches which really made the stay, such as homemade biscotti, homemade jam and bicycles that we could use. They were more than helpful with their recommendations for places to eat and the apartment itself was beautiful. The only thing we weren’t keen on was walking back at night. There were a lot of men loitering outside the nearby shops. But other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful modern apartment centrally located and within walking distance to the beach. We were there for almost a week and took excursions from there. The apartment offers everything you need and plenty of space in the bathroom and closets. Definetly recommend. Thank you Maria and Lorenzo

Alessandro’s place is the real deal—a true penthouse! In the U.S., “penthouse” sometimes just means top floor, but here it means an apartment with two massive sliding glass doors that open onto a spacious private terrace. We spent afternoons soaking up the sun and evenings relaxing outside after dinner as Florence cooled down—it was perfect. The location is also super convenient, right next to a tram stop that's only three stops from the city center. We had a wonderful time in Florence and would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment is in a top location, everything is within walking distance, very well-maintained house, apartment sparkling clean and very modern and funny furnishings!!! We felt very comfortable and would book exactly there again at any time!!! Great!!!

Stunning location, local shop for great quality fresh food. Only a short walk into the old town and the train station for excursions further out.

Guila had an absolutely beautiful little spot in Florence. The stay was spotless and was exactly as described in the photos. It was extremely comfortable and walkable to the market, restaurants and the duomo. We got to see absolutely everything we wanted to and our host provided us a local restaurant that was by far the best food we’d had in Italy!

We loved staying in Carolina’s house in Montecatini Alto. It was a lovely welcoming place to wake up in and return to at the end of the day. The view from the windows and the patio is extraordinary and sitting out enjoying it was one of the best parts of the holiday. The house had all we needed. Carolina was a wonderful host; friendly, quick to reply and extremely helpful. The village is a lovely quiet place to stay and we wouldn’t look anywhere else if we return to the area.

Our stay was perfect all around! We immediately felt at home. The accommodation is not only convincing because of the great location and surroundings, it was also wonderfully furnished and nothing was missing. We would like to especially highlight Ranieri's warm hospitality. He was always available and helpful. We would come back.

The large pool was a particular highlight - ideal for relaxing and refreshing on warm days. The surroundings were quiet and offered wonderful views of the Tuscan countryside. We had a wonderful vacation time in this very nice apartment. The location in the small village up in the hills of Tuscany is so authentic and typically Italian. The pool and the view are a dream. The rooms are very clean, large and nicely furnished. The bed was amazing. I haven't slept this well in a long time. The kitchen is well equipped. The only thing missing was a nice salad bowl and a toaster. The location of the apartment is ideal for exploring Tuscany. The well-known white beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Parking is available everywhere. Shopping is possible in the small village at the bakery and in the corner shop or down in the city at Lidl and Coop, etc. Restaurants are within walking distance. We loved the snack bar opposite the butcher's shop in the village. You sit idyllically in the square in the middle of the village. Thank you for the nice time.

Maria Victoria is a very nice hostess. She was always available and at the same time very discreet. The accommodation is beautifully located, the journey there is worth it. The facility is very tasteful and high quality, you have everything you need. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great stay at Lorenzo and Francesca's, in a small peaceful village where the locals are friendly. The accommodation is atypical with all the appropriate comforts. A change of scenery is guaranteed, with a magnificent sunset and a region with sublime landscapes... Thanks to Francesca and Lorenzo for their good advice. Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

Room it's just like the pictures, checkin was really good, Lorenzo send all the details in advance. if you arrive to Firenze Santa María Novella you have to walk arround 15 minutes to the appartment. Quiet zone perfect to rest.

Carla was lovely to stay!

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

Mirkos place is by far the standout for our trip in Italy. The view is just stunning and his placve has a very olde worlde Italian feel. Fits perfectly with the Siena vibe. Thank you Mirko!

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

I had a lovely stay at Diana’s place in Florence for a month. The location was perfect, the flat lovely, and she was a brilliant host.

We had a fantastic stay at Elisabetta and Lorenzo’s place! It’s such a great location, on a lively piazza, but away from the chaos of the direct center. You’ll find everything you need close by and more. It’s an easy walk to most places you’d want to go. The house is clean, well stocked and feels quickly like home. When I did message the hosts, they were very quick to reply and helpful. The daily markets are great and there are so many delicious spots to eat close by. While people can hang in the piazza late into the night, the double windows are very helpful, better than expected. If you’re extra sensitive, have your earbuds or plugs nearby, but don’t let it deter you from choosing this place. Thank you for hosting us! We’d choosing this place again anytime when visiting Firenze.

Fantastic home from home for 5 weeks for the two of us. Elisa has created a wonderful living space. We loved it & could easily have stayed longer. Elisa kept in touch in case we needed anything. On a quiet street 10 mins south of the Arno, we always felt safe. Close to supermarkets, buses, restaurants, bars, Boboli Gdns, Pitti Palace. A 25 min walk to SMN stazione for day trips e.g. Rome/Bologna/Pisa. Walking distance to all the sights. Great kitchen equipment (we cooked & ate in several times). A big bedroom has a big dbl bed, 2 dbl wardrobes & lots of hanger & drawer space. Each room has a good air-con unit. The private outside area was a key reason we booked & we weren't disappointed. It's overlooked by surrounding balconies (its Florence :-) ) but we rarely saw anyone and it gets lots of sun. A large sun umbrella helps if it gets too hot. We spent a lot of time here. A small utility room for the washing machine. Thank you, Elisa. You will always be our first choice.
