Wow! What an amazing experience! Mario greeted us personally, walked us through the apartment, and showed us how everything worked. He even left us some goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch—especially after a long day of travel when we were so hungry. Waking up to the fresh ocean breeze on our faces and the sound of crashing waves was absolutely magical. The photos matched the listing perfectly, and the place was spotless! We cooked a lot during our stay and found the kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. Mario is a truly wonderful host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. It's such a comfort when traveling to know you're in good hands.He even called a taxi for our early checkout, which was a big help. Highly recommend staying here—Mario really knows how to make you feel at home in his beautiful Airbnb.

We spent a weekend with friends in this beautiful house in Noli and couldn't have asked for better! The place was impeccable: very clean rooms, everything tidy and perfectly equipped. Kind, helpful and attentive host like few! Upon our arrival, we found a delicious aperitif with Ligurian and chinot focaccia, a gesture that made us feel immediately at home. The location is perfect for exploring the area and fully experiencing the beauty of Noli. Absolutely recommend!

I am a construction entrepreneur and offer services to construction entrepreneurs, if there is one thing I have learned over the years it is that if you want to understand a property, go see the bathrooms and they will tell you the history of the building. Well, this time I heard a fantastic fairytale!!! The rest of the building you have to go see, like pilgrimage in holy land!!! If I go back to Spotorno, I already know where to stay !!!

Everything perfect. Spacious, clean and fully equipped studio with everything you need. Excellent sleep quality, top mattress. Dishwasher, air conditioning and brand new bathroom. The private parking space adds value to the location located near the sea and well served. Davide is very helpful and very kind. Isolina is quick to respond. She really deserves it, very good!!!

Beautiful apartment, and a very helpful host. Due to the location being right down by the beach and restaurants, there will always be people loitering in front of the entrance door. This makes getting in and out kindof awkward, as you will have to ask people to move everytime. This is not Carolina's fault, it just has to do with the prime location. We would stay again.

Stay, at Antonio's at the top we came one night for a motorcycle race and we will come back next year! Great welcome, very spacious, very quiet, we all slept very well, everything is equipped for a great stay!!!!

Annalisa was a welcoming and helpful host from the beginning to the end of our stay. The house was super clean, one of the very few houses we stayed in to be extremely clean, including dishes that are usually difficult to find clean really well. Annalisa also has an eye for the little ones, making them find plates, cutlery and glasses suitable for the little ones and even games. It was a really beautiful discovery and I'm sure we'll be able to stay with you again because it was an impeccable stay! Thanks again for everything!!!

New and well equipped apartment. The balcony has a wonderful view. To reach the center of the village, about 700m away, you can also use the bus service: the stop is below the house and there are many runs. Alternatively, you go down the road, mostly on a protected sidewalk. Check-in and check-out are super easy. To enter the house, you must climb a staircase of about thirty steps. Great experience and communication with Rebecca and Ale was always prompt and courteous!

The apartment is beautiful, with great frescoes and very nice views. It is tastefully decorated and refined. The large windows make it very bright. You can find everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is located near the pretty old town, where there is a friendly atmosphere, with nice restaurants, a bookstore that is a gem. The lounge, dining and kitchen area is beautiful and bright. The rooms are large, very well appointed, one of them gives to the street whose noise you can hear. The bathroom is perfect with even a bubble bath. Communication with Martina is pleasant and warm. Thank you for this great stay!

The property was clean, well appointed and consistent with the description. The host was friendly and responsive. A coffee machine in the apartment would be a nice addition to make the stay even more pleasant. Overall, a pleasant experience 👍

We stayed 4 weeks at Mauro's place with 2 year old child. We must say that the place looks even better than in photos. Our kid loved the garden with whirpool. The equipment is basic but we had everything we needed. The area is maybe little bit far from the beaches or center of Loano but the area is very quiet and everything is still very walkable. Great stay overall!

Wow!!! This was by far our favorite place to stay during our recent holiday. It was just like a perfect home for us. The place was beautiful, tasteful, peaceful, well located, we actually would love to leave in a place just like this one. It has tons of natural light too. The amenities were exactly what we needed. We enjoyed being close to a bar, supermarket, the sweet lady at the focacceria and the close by bus stop. We would stay again in this place.

The terrace is super nice and super big! We enjoyed it every morning and every evening. The location of the apartment is good, the beach is a 5-minute walk away (private beaches). The center can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot, alternatively there would also be a bus. The apartment was well furnished and clean. Silvia was very nice and came by in person for check-in/check-out. It was a great time and I can only recommend it.
