In winter, there is a cross country trail just behind the cabin, and you can go on an alpine ski just outside the cabin door and run to the ski resort. The cabin is beautifully located also for hunting, fishing and total relaxation.

Fjellro is a cabin with an incredibly great location and spectacular views of Vågvatnet and Jotunheimen. The cabin is a good starting point for top tours to some of Norway's most famous mountains. Galdhøpiggen, Glittertind and Besseggen to name a few. The cabin is romantic with a fireplace and a special character that allows you to relax and enjoy the peace. We live on a small farm with pets and a kitchen garden. On the outskirts of the yard on the farm there is a detached house from 1979. The house is family friendly and has a great view. It has 5 bedrooms and associated common rooms. With nature reserves and national parks around us on all sides, it is a good starting point to spend your vacation here. Great hiking terrain, short distance to Grimsdalen a mountain valley with free-range livestock and a rich plant and animal life. It is part of the Tour de Dovre cycling route.

The apartment is equipped with what you need for a few days stay. In addition to the 5 beds, there is a separate cot in one bedroom. The cabin is a vertically divided cabin with three bedrooms and an attic with the possibility of a bed or two. Kitchen with all necessary equipment. The cabin is not rented out for just one night. Cleaning is done by guests before departure.

Det er en kort spasertur til Lemonsjøen Fjellstue her serveres det gode lunsjer og middagsretter, her er også sykkelutleie og mange flott løyper like ved. Kalven Sæter urban kaffebar er også verdt et besøk. Kun en kort kjøretur unna hytta ligger kjente turmål som Besseggen, Galdhøpiggen og Glittertind.

Stay cozy and rural in our holiday home in Garmo. Electric car charger on site. (Type 2 socket. Charging is paid according to consumed KWT). The house is located in Garmo in the middle of Jotunheimen. Short distance to both the mountains, the national park village Lom and the village Vågåmo. The house has an open plan living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Large partially covered porch with gas grill. Linen and towels are included.

The historical farm Nigard Kvarberg

The historical farm Nigard Kvarberg is beautifully located with a panorama view of Jotunheimen, in the middle of the vibrant and authentic cultural landscape of the mountain village Vågå. You will stay in Øverstuggu, one of about 50 buildings in the historical Kvarberg farm. The first floor is preserved as it was when the house was built, while the second floor is renovated securing our guests a comfortable stay. Welcome to farm!
