We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Kuttikanam! The place was immaculate, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the outdoor private pool, it was a major attraction for our group and made our stay even more enjoyable. As a group of 10, we had plenty of space and felt right at home. The caretaker was exceptional, always available, incredibly helpful, and so kind, ensuring we had a hassle-free experience. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-kept place with great hospitality, this is the perfect stay. Highly recommended!

Great place. worth visiting with family and friends. amazing pool and surroundings. Just one thing, none of their kitchens have gas. had to use the common kitchen. overall it was great.

Though it is not close to Vagamon, excellent home to stay and Cristo is very friendly. I can give 100 out of 100 for the home food made and services by the host. We were lucky since it was rained, so we got very good bath at the falls behind the house. Thank you for all the service

The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. Especially Bibin sir,he ensured everything as well as safety as we were all females friends only.Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat in nature's lap.

The property is truly a hidden gem. We were all genuinely delighted upon arriving and seeing how beautiful the place was. The weather worked in our favor as well, with a gentle drizzle that added to the serene atmosphere. The view from the property is simply stunning. The space is impeccably maintained, cozy, and offers ample privacy—ideal for a relaxing getaway. A heartfelt thank you to both the caretaker and the chef for their excellent service. Shiju, the caretaker, was always reachable and extremely helpful throughout our stay, and the meals prepared felt wonderfully homely. A special mention goes to ‘Cookie’, the energetic and adorable pet dog, who brought so much joy to our visit. I would confidently recommend this property to friends and family. Please continue the great work, and I truly hope to return someday.

The location of this vacation home is perfect- literally a few feet from the reservoir. George was helpfull and gave local restaurant suggestions and places to visit. Definitely coming back.

Really good stay

This is a beautiful property, exactly as shown in the images. Contemporary and modern style home, very tastefully done. The manager was very sweet and helpful. They have local women who come to cook really delicious Kerala style food. Our stay was very peaceful with very pristine and beautiful view of the hills, tea estates and lush green trees. They also offer treks around the area, if the weather permits. The host was very responsive and flexible too. Highly recommend!

We were a group of 10 people, looking to spend a weekend in vagamon and jose's place turned out to be a wonderful choice. Everything was perfect . The host was very proactive in the communication and arranging everything we requested for. Rajesh's cooking was a wonderful addon. Anyone looking to spend time in vagamon, this is going to be a perfect choice.

Nice stay, food options are budget friendly. Location is superb and care taker are too good in their service.

Cozy, Cute, and Scenic!!! i booked the place for the view from the balcony and for the privacy it had, but this turned out to be a great stay. It's a cozy western cabin kinda setup which is easy to locate and is situated in a breathtaking place. The place was super clean and nice and Suzaine was so helpful with her instruction and even helped us with an early checkin. The balcony, the furnitures, the kitchen and the rooms were exactly the same how it was in the pics. The highlight was the river and trust me go for a swim and it will be a great experience. The caretaker Alex was such a blessing, he was there to guide us in everything and was very helpful and even accompanied us to the waterfall, making sure that we had the best experience. Overall, loved the place and everything about it, highly recommended! ❤️

I had a fantastic stay at Anil's place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with everything I needed. Anil was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in seamless and the whole experience stress-free.

Its very spacious and comfortable, huge parking area, extra mattress are provided and great for a huge family. All four rooms are on ground floor and the hall is very good and classic. Loved it was very comfortable

Very calms and serene atmosphere to relax, close to the main attraction area but away from the bustling. Food served was fresh and home cooked, place was neat and clean. Morning sunrise view was spectacular. Overall had a wonderful stay and thanks to Aswin for hosting us

Rohit's place is located on the access road and the backside facing a beautiful tea estate. Rohit and the care taker were responsive and friendly. I would recommend this place for family and friends gathering. This place is 15-20 mins drive from Vagamon town which has shops and restaurants. Don't expect a liquor shop in that town.

The stay was close to all the places in PALA We had good time and the place was neat and peaceful.

We had a very good experience at this property! Place was exactly as described and the check in was seamless with the caretaker helping us out from the main road to the back roads. All the amenities mentioned were present. The place comes with a beautiful view and is very peaceful. You can be one with the nature in this location. The location tagged on the listing directs us a couple kilometres away from the property and needs to be updated, nevertheless the caretaker was there to help and direct us to the correct location.
