Holiday rentals with beach access in Vágar

Alvur was an incredible host. He provided lots of recommendations for local sights and areas of interest in the Faroes. The apartment was extremely tidy, well organized, and with a surplus of amenities. We felt right at home, and our only disappointment was that we could only stay one night. We highly recommend!

One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in. The space was incredibly spacious and thoughtfully equipped with nearly every comfort of home. The hosts' attention to detail was outstanding, and their warm welcome made us feel immediately at ease. When we accidentally left something behind, they went out of their way to return it—such lovely, considerate people. The accommodation itself was excellent, with just a short walk to nearby parking.

Nestled in a quiet corner of Torshavn, overlooking the water. Beautiful, peaceful, well-designed place. Would happily stay here again.

A lovely apartment with a great view. Clean and tidy. Central location. Nice welcome . The only small minus was the lack of description of how the dishwasher is started. All in all, we were very happy with the apartment.

Excellent location with spectacular views that shine when the sun is out in this beautiful little part of Faroe Islands! Very easy to get to the airport or to Torshavn and is perfect for whichever part of the islands you want to visit.

The location is beautiful, facing the ocean with two access paths to the seaside. Two windows overlook the ocean from the dining room. Everything is very quiet and the activity upstairs is very modest and quite bearable, not annoying at all. The living room is a little dark, not oriented towards the view but very comfortable, with blankets and comfortable cushions. The bedding is excellent, and the bathroom is functional. the decoration is suitable and tasteful. The kitchen is very well equipped, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave and dishwasher. Nancy helped us during the marathon so that we were not stuck by the roadblocks. Recommended without hesitation.

Very well located, easy to reach by car, supermarkets and bakeries nearby. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and has a beautiful view over Torshàvn. Pernilla was very helpful: the Smyril ferry arrived in the middle of the night, and we could immediately get in and catch some sleep.

Thé house is very nice, confortable. Thé view on Mykines Islande is amazing and thé terrasse is a great view point! Hosts are help full

We had a fantastic stay at this very cute house! The location is absolutely perfect—right on the water with breathtaking views of the mountains that we couldn’t get enough of. The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to make sure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We truly felt at home and would love to come back. We enjoyed our 3 night's stay at Ingrid's place. Location was good, not far from Vagar airport, easy to find and near amenities like supermarket and gas station. It was homey and cozy, allowing us to prepare meals which we can enjoy with a nice view. It was cold and raining during our stay, otherwise we could have spend more time in the balcony. It was good to have 2 toilets to share among 5 adults although one is located down the basement. It was nice of Ingrid's daughter to come and help us with the internet setting when we arrived and also readily gave us some cooking oil when we couldn't find any in the pantry. Would definitely recommend!

This was such a perfect place to stay - I was disappointed we only had one night! Short but sweet... The house is very quirky and quaint, I absolutely loved it! The location is perfect and we arrived while there was a football match on within view of the living room, so the town was very lively but peaceful afterwards! Sunneva was very welcoming and we had everything we needed. Highly recommended to others.

Wow, what a special place! It was an honor to stay in Annika’s family home. Such a peaceful and serene setting, and the house is lovely, clean and open. The view over the fjord is absolutely stunning. It was lovely to walk on the property, especially with all the sheep and lamb. Annika is an amazing host. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful first impression to the Faroe Islands, staying in the small quaint village. Five minutes from the airport was wonderful. The village itself was pristine as was the house. After a long day sightseeing. It was wonderful to come back to such a comfy and restful home. Thanks for hosting us. It’s a long way to come from Australia but it was worth every minute.

Excellent stay, the house was very cozy and tidy, we found everything very clean. It was very close to the center. We were going with a baby and Helgi helped us at all times by lending us a crib and high chair.

Spacious, clean and warm apartment with a view on the harbor. Minutes from Torshavn. Full kitchen with brand new cookware. Rannva is a great host and responded to all questions very quickly. We split our stay between Argir and Klaksvik and should have stayed at this place for the whole duration of the trip.

Guðrun was super friendly and provided us with a lot of suggestions to do in the area. The place was small but nice and cozy. The furniture was brand new with everything we needed. The apartment had a nice view of the mountains around it and was in the center of where we wanted to hike and see.

Nice place with two separate rooms (1 bedroom with double bed and 1 living room/bedroom with a single bed) Nice location and view! Well-equipped modern kitchen and good parking facilities. Will definitely recommend the place!

Great stay at Martin's. Beautiful setting with views of the mountains and the fjord. The planned apartment was not finished when we arrived, so we stayed in their house just above it. I am convinced that once completed, it will be of the same high quality as their house, and you will have a wonderful stay there.

We had a wonderful stay at Samylyn´s apartment. She is a very nice, friendly and responsive host. She welcomed us and informed about everything we needed to know, and she was very helpful if we had any questions. The apartment was comfortable, nice, clean and had everything we needed and more for the stay. The location was perfect and it is very nice with the large windows in the living room with the view to the harbour. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
