Du bor 5 min fra flyplassen, og likevel i naturen. Noen meter fra havet og en elv som renner ut i havet her. Rundt husene kan du oppdage mangel ulike dyr. Rein kommer ofte forbi. Elg kan komme en raskt tur innom. Ellers springer det oter og røyskatt rundt husene. I havet svømmer sel og en sjelden gang delfiner. Et ypperlig sted for å observere Nordlys - og er det vindstille speiler det seg i havet også. Tromsø sentrum- buss, ca 15 min. Sauna kan leies når du bor her- avtales senere .

Her nyter du stillhet, avslapping, midnattssol på sommeren og nordlys og arktisk flott himmel på vintertid. 10 minutters kjøretur fra flyplassen og 20 minutter i bil fra huset til Tromsø Sentrum. The sun stays below the horizon for the entire period. The midnight sun is visible from about 20 May to 22 July. Northern lights you can spot during the period from the beginning of September to the middle of April.
