Rosa Mare is a beach house. It started as the home of my grandparents, Rosa and Manuel, humble people dedicated to the land and fishing. They had 13 children. It is a family home, in a quiet and wonderful location, close to the estuary, the beach and the forest. Single-story, accessible house with large rooms, work area, living room in common with the kitchen/dining room, salamander, patio and barbecue. Ideal for vacation or remote work. Close to Aveiro, but with the tranquility of the countryside and the seaside.

Smoking is expressly prohibited inside the apartment, but is allowed on the balcony and terrace. Flexible check-in time and possible after 2:00 p.m. upon request and agreed by both parties.
