It is a family house, in a quiet and wonderful place, close to the ria, the beach and the forest. Ground house, accessible, with wide rooms, work area, living room in common with the kitchen/meals, salamander, patio and barbecue. Ideal for a vacation or remote work. Near Aveiro, but with the calm of the countryside and smell of the sea.

It is expressly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment, it is allowed to do so on the balcony and on the terrace. Flexible and possible check-in time after 2 p.m. upon request and agreed by both parties. Important note the 2 bedroom and 2 WC will only be available for reservations of + 2 people.
