Stephan is a lovely host who has a very nice property in Nice. Stephan was very communicative, hospitable and provided everything you could need in a stay. The value was tremendous considering we were in town for F1. The property is modern, spotless and comfortable. Look no further for your south of France vacation!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is at a walkable distance from the tram and train stations. The apartment was clean and well furnished. Philippe was also prompt in his responses and extremely accommodative. He is happy to provide early check in and late check out options provided there are no other guests planned for those times. He's also extremely thoughtful - upon hearing that we have a 3 year old kid, he provided stuffed toys, sketches and colour pencils to make her stay enjoyable as well!

Sébastien is a very welcoming, sociable and accommodating host. Her place was as described, we enjoyed this short stay. Comfortable bedding, clean apartment, ideal location 20 minutes from Isola 2000. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The host was extremely cooperative and helpful throughout, making the check-in process smooth and ensuring we had everything we needed. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. We especially appreciated the perfect location , nestled in a quiet residential area, yet just a short walk away from many touristic attractions. It truly offered the best of both worlds. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Patricia’s apartment exceeded expectations!! Fantastic, central location that made it really easy to get all around. The apartment itself was light and airy with pretty much everything we could possibly need. The expansive bed was extremely comfortable. But, the best thing about the property was that amazing terrace!! Wow! Views to die for and such a nice table and chairs for eating or just relaxing. Boy, did we enjoy that everyday we stayed there! If we ever come back Nice we absolutely hope to stay again.

We loved our stay at Sebastien's! The apartment is very functional and very well equipped. We keep this address in mind! The village of Saint Jeannet is also very cute, perfect for getting some fresh air after the crowds on the coast. Sebastien warned us that the streets were narrow, and it's no joke (park at the René Veyssi parking lot to avoid any possible hassle) I also invite you to go and eat at the Table des Baous, Sébastien's restaurant where we feasted! (Thanks again for the last-minute meal!)

Very nice apartment, extremely well-equipped and 1 min walk from the center and parking included in the rental (which is well appreciated because it is complicated to find a place otherwise). Air conditioning is a real plus in view of the heat. Lots of recommendations and communication with Magali and Cédric was perfect. Please note that for people with reduced mobility, it is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Lively neighborhood during the day, and maybe a little noisy at night but the hosts have nothing to do with it.

Nice apartment in nice peaceful location with privacy. Location close to the mountains and the sea. Plenty to do.

We had a wonderful week The apartment is great Communication with Maryline was perfect. The accommodation is very clean, the bedding was perfect for us. The terrace is really a plus for breakfast and dinner in the evening. The region is superb for hikers like us. Possibility of finding basins for swimming 30 minutes in the Gorges de l'Esteron we highly recommend Maryline. Thanks Christian Sophie and Zoé 🐕

Stunning home in an incredible town. Great launching pad for stellar hiking. My wife and I really enjoyed the home. Some notable features are the stocked kitchen, tasteful art/decor, and pool. Thanks to Walter for hosting.

Celine is a very proactive host. Her cottage is cozy with good bedding. We enjoyed the surrounding calm. We had a lovely weekend!

Our stay went very well. The environment is superb and the neighborhood is quiet. The term "cozy nest" is quite appropriate to define the apartment, small for sure, but which suited us very well. Well equipped too. Thank you again Françoise for your hospitality, kindness and availability.

We had a pleasant stay at Jérôme's. It is very well located (you can walk to the village) while being quiet and spacious. The house was spotless and welcoming.

Beautiful cottage off the coast of Nice in the heart of Eze. Perfect space for four guest. We were able to walk to Eze village as well as many restaurants, grocer and bakeries in under 10 mins. On a rainy night we found comfort in this cozy cottage making our own dinner from food we got at the grocery in town.

Very cozy and nice apartment with a beautiful view. Our host was very friendly and welcoming. The place was a bit small for three people but offered everything we needed for one night stay. We would recommend this place!

I spent 3 nights with my daughter in this accommodation and I have nothing but positive things to say! The apartment is impeccable in terms of cleanliness and functionality. It is also very well located: I did not touch the car during the stay, everything is within walking distance. It's also very quiet. Having a private place and the elevator is a real plus. Julien was very responsive to every question I asked. When I arrived, I was greeted by a person named Katia, who was lovely and explained everything to me. I had already come to Valberg and this accommodation was the best I rented so far, a real favorite. In short, I have absolutely nothing negative to say, everything is in accordance with the listing and the photos. We had a great time throughout the stay! I'll remember the address for next time!!! Great place in the middle of Nice in a perfect location. You can reach the sea and the Promenade des Anglais in 2 minutes. 10 minutes to the old town, many restaurants and bars are very close. The place is tastefully decorated. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed breakfast on the small terrace every morning! Mylene is a very friendly and always helpful host.

We had the most amazing stay at Alains place. The location was amazing and the view was so beautiful! They were very helpful with storing our luggage upon arrival and were ready to help with any questions! Right across from the main promenade! Grocery store was a 2 minute walk away, lots of stores near by. It was great to enjoy the beautiful terrace with a glass of wine after a long travel day before heading out for dinner! Would love to stay here again!

Our stay at Kim's place was great! The apartment was exactly as described, she was very generous with the towels provided! The place was spotless when we arrived. We hired a car and ended up returning it because the location was perfect for getting the train everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend this place purely for the accessibility to anywhere you want to go. Can easily walk to the port and old town. Kim was an amazing host, responded quickly and also gave very clear instructions. Thank you for having us Kim! I would recommend this place to any couple wanting to explore the French Riviera :)

A fantastic apartment. Ideal to explore the French Riviera and Provence from a quiet, fixed location. Vence is easily accessible on foot. The view is wonderful. We didn't miss anything in the apartment. Very nice also the pétanque square and the swimming pool.
