Romantic seaside cabin in Helgenäs, Småland – about 30 minutes from Västervik Welcome to our little paradise by the water. The house is 94 square meters and sits right by the sea – perfect for peaceful days and long evenings overlooking the sparkling water. The property covers a generous 6,500 square meters. Inside, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms, each with a large double bed (180 × 200 cm). The second bedroom also has a pull-out bed (160 × 200 cm), and there is a sofa bed in the living room – ideal for families or friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. The living room, dining area, and kitchen form a bright, open space with a dining table. Three fireplaces – one in each bedroom and one in the living room – create warmth and a romantic atmosphere, especially on cooler evenings. On the small loft upstairs, there is a snug TV corner – perfect for relaxing after a day by the sea. The house has two toilets, one shower, and a washing machine – everything you need for a longer stay. Outside, the sea is waiting – with your own rowboat, which can also be rented with a motor during the summer. Here you can swim, row, or simply enjoy the sunset. A place to arrive, breathe out, and fall in love. 🌅

Slättö Farm

Gather the family for a week's vacation in the archipelago. You are in a rural location but close to "brygghäng" for a drink and good food outdoors. Slättö is perfect for a large family. Private jetty about 900 m from the property, possibility to borrow a motorboat. Also suitable for small children in the pool. Large, secluded property with ample space for everyone, adults and children. Several outdoor areas. The house includes a partially furnished shed with a sleeping loft that can accommodate 4 people – young people or a family. This also includes a new shower room and sauna.

Secluded cottage by a small lake

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. A small cottage located by a lake with access to its own jetty, wood-fired sauna, boat and free fishing. There is access to, among other things, a refrigerator, TC (dry toilet), fresh water in a jug and charging via a USB port and solar cells (see picture). The cabin is heated with wood. Sanitary facilities are 4 km away with access to shower and toilet. There is a forest road to the cabin. The guest cleans themselves and brings their own sheets and firewood.
