The lodge is stunning and beautiful, apart from very well-organized and clean. The house is really beautiful, and the land is very quiet and beautiful, perfect to relax and share. In addition, Lili is a tremendously friendly, loving and polite person, she makes you feel at home, and is a great person with whom she converts. With my girlfriend we were amazed by everything. We actually consider this was the best place we've ever been to. We will be back for sure. Lili, if you read this, we send you a huge hug.

Quiet and safe environment, excellent cabins, well equipped, comfortable. Privileged location, away from the bustle of the village, but close to stores and services. The hosts are great people, at all times concerned about our well-being. Highly recommended.

We only stayed there one night, but enough to recommend. The hosts, a love, a very clean, quiet place, and has spaces for children, and a pool. Ideal for a rewarding break and near the center of Pucon.

A beautiful place

It is a hostel that allows you to enjoy elaborate nature and you can see that there is a lot of love set in every place. There are several very nice terraces to enjoy and the rooms, no matter how small, are very comfortable. The location is ideal when it is well close to Pucón and also the routes to access the natural parks of the area.

The hotel is wonderful, the views are amazing, and the facilities are in perfect condition. The staff is friendly. If they go without a car the Ubers will look for you and take you without any problem despite the climb being steep. They cleaned the room every day. The breakfast is very delicious and complete. The only "bad": there is no wi-fi in the rooms, only in common areas and with Movistar the signal is bad. The positive side is that you manage to disconnect a lot thanks to that. The other thing that could be better is the strength of the water in the shower. Best: watching the sunset from the temperate pool with a view of the lake. There is also cable TV and it works perfect for entertaining before sleeping.

The accommodation is exactly as described, it was a little confusing to arrive because it was dark when we arrived and we were confused as a doorman, but the accommodation is exactly as described, comfortable and neat and the sky at night is a show. Jaqueline responded immediately and helped us with everything, I recommend it.

Excellent accommodation, everything very clean and tidy, very good heating. The staff is very attentive and willing to help. The location is perfect, close to the center and the waterfront. Breakfast was excellent... they served an exquisite fruit cake! I would definitely come back.

One of the best places I could stay in, the pieces very clean and with beautiful windows overlooking the river. The lake is at the lake of the house so the nights are super relaxing with the sound of the river in the background. Both José Luis and Lucy are very friendly and close hosts who allow you to feel at home and have all the comforts as if it were your home. The only thing I recommend going by car to facilitate mobilization, since it is a very rural area with little locomotion... but anyway the hosts facilitate contacts and instructions to mobilize more easily. It is a very quiet place that allows you to disconnect and enjoy nature that I recommend a lot.
