It was super clean, exceeded my expectations, very organized, and I loved how we could adjust the TV's position. The glass wall was a really nice touch, and the place looked amazing for such an affordable price! Just a heads-up though: it’s a bit far from any stores and there’s no nearby convenience store, so I highly recommend buying all the essentials before heading there. I'm definitely going back!

It was so comfortable both as a workstation and staycation. Can work and relax at peace, and all needed places is walking distance. Recommended for future stay!

My husband and I had amazing stay at Danilo's place. He is also very responsive. Every detail inside the unit was perfect from the stylish furnishings moroccan inspired and the balcony view was absolutely stunning a perfect spot to relax. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!:)

We had a very comfortable stay and very much worth the price. The room as clean and cozy and had most of the things you'd need. The free parking as easy and accessible, it was a bit tight to maneuver so just don't bring an oversized car. Definitely would stay again!

Absolutely excellent stay! The place was 100% just like the photos, with a beautiful modern design and great interior decor. It was spotless, smelled fresh, and had a cozy hotel-like vibe. It was a worthy experience. When I stayed there, there was an on going event at the nearby brgy and it was too loud at night. But that is something beyond the control of the unit owner and more likely a concern for the condo management. Overall, the stay was very very good. The unit had all of the amenities i needed for my 3 day trip. The condo is also very accessible. There was a 7/11 behind, a Mang Inasal and a few meters away from SM Sta. Mesa. The host also gave very clear instructions for the house rules. Will definitely recommend the place.

I am so happy to find Joy’s unit in SM Grass tower 2, though short notice Joy was able to accommodate me swiftly and got everything covered for our overnight stay. The unit was clean and fresh! We got everything we need as family of 5 and Joy was so kind to help me with my son’s favorite pillow that we left in the unit. She was able to arrange for us to get it back rightaway. This is my second time staying at Veronica's place and I can definitely recommend them whenever youre staying in or around Eastwood. The unit is spotless, easily accessible, convenient since everything you'll need is within walking distance, staff are friendly and the host is very thoughtful, respectful and attentive. They always make sure to respond on time whenever you have any questions or concerns and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you'll need to have a enjoyable time at their unit. The place was clean, beautiful, and exactly as described. The air-conditioning worked great, appliances were high-quality, and the bathroom especially the shower was excellent. We loved the TV with Disney+, Netflix, and YouTube Premium. Everything felt well-designed and worth the price. This place just added to our list of favorites. Will definitely book again!

everythung was clear and concise, from check in to chrck out. easy to communicate with. details are complete. no hassle at all. i felt like going to my own home. place was clean. i didnt need much to stay at the place so didnt also look for much. lots of great restaurants around the area and inside the mall at the lower grounds. building elevator did not take lonh for waiting even tho not all are working when i was staying.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless and smelled fresh the moment I walked in, which instantly made me feel comfortable and at home. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Even the kids have toys, books and even towels. The place is awesome! Would definitely stay here again if needed. Location is on point. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. However, the steam from the shower in the master’s bedroom always triggered the smoke alarm. There has been frequent visit from the admin thinking we’ve cooked something.

I've been booking my stay in manila with this host since 2023 and i should say they have the best units! the host was very responsive and friendly. and i also want to thank you for the flexible time of check out,really appreciate it. will definitely book with this host again.

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

A good place to stay when you’re in the metro. Felt like home and the place has a lot of food options nearby. The hosts are proactive and give clear instructions for checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again in this place in the near future.
