To complete it there is a panoramic terrace perfect for an aperitif with a view (perhaps after a nice swim in the pool or a sauna!). The communal areas allow you to enjoy the peace of the place and to feast your eyes on the evocative landscape that will accompany every single day of your stay.

The 400 year old Hay-barn, with sauna

An open-plan ecological cottage located on a quiet country lane which was the first Roman road in the area. With its own entrance, two patios and extensive private grounds, this is an oasis of serenity. The contemporary design of the glass wall facing the mountains offers some of the best views in the area. It's private but not isolated, with the owners' home located nearby: we guarantee our guests total privacy, but are happy to provide assistance or recommendations if you so desire.

The Butterfly House

The house, surrounded by greenery, is located in a small and quiet village 13 km from Foligno along the Menotre Valley, from which the famous tourist and scenic destinations of central Umbria are easily accessible, also offering an excellent opportunity to discover lesser known, but equally interesting places. The towns of Rasiglia and Pale are 3 km away, then there is Sellano with its recently inaugurated Tibetan bridge, Colfiorito with its natural park immersed in the marsh.

Chalet Aria Sottile

A place surrounded by silence, mountains and nature. Ideal starting point to visit the Monti Sibillini National Park with its magical villages, hiking, food and wine delights. The nearest towns are Sarnano and Bolognola. The apartment is in a mountain residential complex on the third floor facing the street at 1350 meters above sea level. The nearest supermarket is a 15-minute drive away. The house is heated by a pellet stove and fireplace.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
