Retro-style two-room apartment on the first floor. Guests can use the living room. The second room has the owner's belongings but can be used as an extra sleeping space with a wide bed for 1-2 people. The apartment has everything needed (except a washing machine) and has Wi-Fi. A river and small beach are nearby. The closest grocery store (Siili keskus) is an 8 -min walk. The train station 15-minute walk or 3- minute drive. Latvian border is 1.5 km away.

We are located in a scenic spot next to Juusa Lake. There are six kilometers to Otepää and five kilometers to Kääriku. 200 meters away is a light traffic road, where you can practice different sports according to the season. In the winter, there is a maintained ski run on the light traffic road, and ice skating is possible on the lake. In the summer you can swim, boat, fish in the lake. It is possible to use the sauna for an additional fee.

The property is located in an easily accessible location 6 km from Otepää, 6 km from Lake Juusa. Known for sports facilities, Otepää's best fitness centers are less than 10 km away (Kääriku and Kekkos hiking trail 5 km, Tehvandi 8 km, Väike-Munamägi 8 km). 500 meters away is the Otepää-Käärik Light Traffic Road, which has also been pressed in for suitable weather trails in winter. You can rent a hot tub on site for an additional fee.
