Un lugar muy limpio, su arquitectura muy padre, la amabilidad de los encargados, una estacia muy tranquila y cumplió nuestras expectativas

Our stay at Hotel Casa Quetzal was very pleasant. The location is perfect, there is also a safe parking place if you are coming with the car. The breakfast is sufficient to get your morning started (fruit, granola, yoghurt, fresh pastries, butter and jam). The stuff was attentive. I think they've noticed we didn't drink the juice on the first day, so the next morning they served a different kind. The room is very spacious and comfortable, uniquely styled, as well as the bathroom. One of the best showers ever. Definitely recommended for your stay in Valladolid!

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a 5 cuadra de la terminal de buses y a 2 de la plaza principal, 2 en otro sentido al Cenote y 3 de la plaza de la calendario. Me volvería a hospedar x todas estas comodidades y lo bonito del lugar

Amazing! We were a group of 12 (10 adults and 2 kids) so rented a whole dorm. All was great, confortable beds etc. We had a great time!

El hospedaje es un hotel colonial muy bonito, tiene alberca y sillas alrededor para descansar al aire libre la habitación es cómoda,limpia, esta a 4 cuadras del convento y es muy seguro caminar por sus calles aunque sea noche El restaurante del hotel 11 de 10 super recomendado Los desayunos riquísimos, buen precio y excelente atención La salsita de habanero tatemada deliciosa y la mermelada de papaya casera que hacen ahí super recomendada y el café muy bueno La habitación requiere un poco de mantenimiento en los muebles por estética de la habitación pero nada de lo normal Muy agradable estadía .

Lovely palapa (thatched hut) with private bathroom and shower, plus small balcony overlooking interior of property. breakfast of cereal, coffee, tea, and toast. *Very* central and convenient location. Bring earplugs- essentially completely open to a very noisy center city (animals, sirens, yelling, etc. throughout the night)- we couldn't sleep without them. Persistent wifi issues, but no other concerns during 3 day stay. Great location for the cost.

très bel endroit, idéalement situé, auberge très agréable, calme, avec une grande quantité de choses proposées : petit déjeuner, activité, excursions, mise en relation avec des taxis, guides etc.

Muy buen alojamiento, sobre todo lejos del bullicio que puede haber en el centro de Valladolid. Cerca de tiendas y restaurantes, a un km de la plaza principal. Bastante agradable y a muy buen precio. Un lugar para volver cuando haya oportunidad.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The staff were lovely and very attentive. They noticed there were a few mosquitos whilst we were having lunch in the gorgeous gardens and quickly brought out a fan & citronella candle & mosquito repellent. There were also lovely organic soaps & body lotions to use as well as complimentary drinks in the mini fridge. The breakfast is also included which is a nice touch. One thing for us personally that was a slight inconvenience was that the room backed on to the shared garden with glass doors, so we couldn’t always have the curtains open. The room is also a little small for 2 people sharing, although we were travelling for 3 weeks so had a large suitcase. There are also other rooms available that do not have this issue. The WiFi was also a bit problematic but Daniela & the staff were always at hand to help with any queries.

Nos encantó. La habitación muy linda y habían varias cosas que hacer: fuimos al zoológico, caminamos por todo el terreno, habían varias actividades, desayunamos un par de veces en el restaurante. Muy relajante, si te quieres desconectar de todo y escuchar la naturaleza. Sinceramente volveríamos a ir.

Buen lugar, limpio y cómodo

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este hotel, las villas son geniales, la comida del restaurante está y a precios accesibles, muy cerca del centro (al menos en coche).

Good place to stay very centrally for a fair price. Nothing to complain about!

We had a great couple of nights at Maculan and wish we could have stayed longer. The location was superb, bed was super comfortable, and room was as clean as can be. Plus, Carlos at the front desk was super helpful with recommendations and even gave us discounts to local restaurants and cenotes.

Great staff. Luis helped out tremendously with tips on how to get to the denotes. And he gave us a lot of info for our return trip to the airport. Beautiful courtyard. Handy common kitchen with everything we needed. Cold swimming pool for the hot days. Then only con was a noisy pump and water gurgling noise in the wall in room 10 that seemed to turn on and off all day and night. Other than that, perfect stay. Highly recommended.

Walkable and easy to get around, close to Ado. AC is at night, which cools down. Layout was ergonomic, clothes line, upstairs creates privacy, locker under the bed and v easy to put stuff in. Affordable and felt safe. Nice Staff
