This is a great apartment run by great people. Everything is in great order, as one can tell from the good reviews, so I won't go into everything. Instead, I'll simply say that for my highest priorities--the kitchen and workspace--the apartment delivered and I'm completely satisfied. I'll also briefly mention that the owners seem to have been at this for awhile as so many little details that make a stay away from home convenient were present. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful, well-equipped accommodation. It was our starting point for visiting the surroundings. There were a few shops nearby within walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.

We are a family group (sisters, nieces and my mother) eight in total, who like to go on weekend getaways. Our experience in the apartment was a 10. The ad perfectly matches what you find. Located just a 10-minute walk from Plaza Colon. Communication was quick and they told us about a parking lot (Parking Colon) that offers a weekend voucher for €25. We had no problems. Of course, an apartment to recommend and to which we will return. Thank you

It was a pleasure to be at Javier's place. It is comfortable, practical, tastefully decorated. The bathrooms and windows are new. The accommodation in general (including appliances) is of high quality. Javier waited for us with details such as a bottle of good wine and bread for breakfast, in addition to being attentive to any questions we asked him during our stay, responding with great agility. Totally recommended. Regarding the location, it is next to the cathedral, in the center, with all the places nearby, with supermarkets and terraces nearby, everything is close. The apartment is a ten, not only because of its beauty and amenities, but also because you can see that Paula takes care of all the details, everything is very new, quality, snacks, utensils, good wine... in short, and as I said at the beginning, totally recommended. My daughter and I really enjoyed staying in Eugenia’s apartment. It was just as described, very clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and during the hot weather, it was fantastic having such a large fridge-freezer for cold drinks, ice and ice cream. The flat is centrally located, just steps away from cafes and restaurants, but because it is at the back of the building it is also very quiet inside. The windows overlook a central courtyard and are sheltered from the afternoon sunlight which means it was always cooler inside than it was outside. We had a warm welcome from Eugenia who let us into the apartment when we arrived, and she and her son Javier were very helpful whenever we had any questions. I highly recommend Eugenia’s place and if I return to Palencia I would be very happy to stay here again.

Silvia was very friendly and was available for any questions or needs. The jacuzzi is great and gives a very special touch to the room. Also the shower is very spacious and comfortable.

Cozy apartment in a small village of few inhabitants. Everything was very clean and complied with what was indicated in the listing description. Silvia is very friendly and helpful. Important to note that it is necessary to have a vehicle to get around since it is a very quiet and beautiful area, but with little to see and do in it. I recommend going at least once to Melida Wines restaurant, the food and vibe are amazing.
