Comfortable place and as shown in photos. The water heater seems to be out of calibration, so it's a bit difficult to find a middle ground. Otherwise, great place. Safe and close to shops.

Incredibly peaceful space and apartment. I deeply enjoyed my stay and resting in this Airbnb! There’s lot of nature sounds and it’s the perfect place to fully relax. Everything was as described. Carlos and his wife are great hosts, always friendly and welcoming. If you ever need anything or have questions Carlos is always more than happy to help. I also attended a yoga class taught by Carlos and I highly recommend. I hope to stay again here one day when visiting Cali!

We've been traveling for months, and we haven't met a friendly and pleasant host like Juan. He sat with us the first evening, gave detailed recommendations about the city, and later helped us with everything we asked for with great speed and kindness. He even made great efforts to take care of us on the computer (!!!) that we had to do, even though it wasn't necessary. Thank you Juan, there is no one like you :) The apartment itself was pleasant and clean, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, there is a washing machine that is a nice bonus and everything is in a great location and close to restaurants, cafes and salsa schools. Uber is very accessible in the area. We were in the apartment for two weeks and it was difficult for us to leave it :)

This place was such a dream for our stay in Cali! From the moment we booked, Jair was extremely helpful, responsive and communication was always easy. The house is in a lovely area - walkable to many restos, cafes and attractions and dance schools, has all the amenities for a cozy long term stay, extremely clean and Jair goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. I casually had asked Jair if a kettle was available, and he ordered one for us the next day, which was extremely kind and just added to the great experience already. It truly feels like a home away from home :) If you work remotely, the internet was great - no issues at all during our stay and the desk area is wonderful. Thank you Jair for your hospitality, kindness and this is one of the best places I have stayed at! Don’t miss your chance to stay here!

I really liked the apartment. It's small, but it has everything you need to spend a few comfortable days. The bed was very comfortable, ideal for resting after a long day. The air conditioning worked well, although at night it made some noise, as if it needed maintenance. Nothing serious, it did its job. During my stay it rained a lot and a little water leaked through the front door, but that was due to the weather, not something that depends on the host. The same with a neighbor who one morning played very loud music at 4:00 a.m.; fortunately they solved it quickly by calling the concierge. One thing that stands out is that the host was very kind and flexible: she allowed us to leave a little later on the day of check-out, which we really appreciated. The parking lot is spacious, safe, and has a doorman with an automatic door. Also, if you go by car, you are close to several key sites in southern Cali. It is a simple, comfortable and well located place.

The accommodation was 100% as described in the ad. It is evident that the spaces were meticulously designed to be welcoming. The hosts communicated effectively and in a timely manner. Yes, I recommend it. The only thing is that from what we saw, the ant problem has not been completely solved.

This is a great location in a quiet area with lots of greenery in and around the area. Beautiful and well kept apartment with plenty of space and nice amenities. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to couples or single travelers.

The apartment is on a very quiet street. There are many restaurants, museums, art and cafes to keep you busy. Very walkable or short taxi to where you may want to go. The apartment's bedroom and bathroom are more like a nice hotel room. Very clean, modern and peaceful. The place is big with a kitchen and great views of the city. Highly recommend! Thank you.

Room with everything you need! Well-lit, comfortable bed, the air conditioning worked perfectly. Respectful and attentive reception staff. It has a pool, sauna and gym! 100% recommended. To arrive by Uber or Didi, it is better to enter the name of the building and not the address.
