Enjoy all Vallecito Lake has to offer from this 2 bedroom 1 bath log cabin located at the North End of Vallecito. You can walk down to the Lake or the Country Market while taking in all the fresh mountain air. Outside your cabin enjoy the charcoal BBQ grill and patio furniture. Also included in your stay are use of the heated indoor swimming pool (Pool is Open May 1st – Nov 30th, Dec 20th – Jan 6th Daily Hours: 10am – 8pm) & playground located 4 miles south of the cabin at Pine River Lodge.

A cute cabin with an ideal location. It is easy to find, and it is just off the county road with plenty of parking space. Vallecito Lake is directly across the street as well as the boat marina where you can rent a pontoon, kayak, paddle board, and more. The front porch offers beautiful views of the mountain and lake, and you can also enjoy the lakeside view from the dining table. Durango is about 25 minutes from Durango during the summer and about 35 to 40 min during the winter.

Hummingbird Cabin is a longtime guest favorite… and for good reason. The front and back decks offer two gorgeous locations with chairs and a table to relax and watch the lake and wildlife. Plus, after a day of fishing or hiking, there is nothing better than watching the sunset while soaking in the private hot tub!

Dog-friendly, up to 2 dogs welcome, $50 per pet fee, must be crated if left alone in the house. Please keep pets off of furniture and beds.
