Comfortable romantic stay in a houseboat moored in the port of Perros Guirrec. Located 50 m from the harbor master's office, this accommodation on the water, completely renovated in 2024 by an interior designer/cabinetmaker, has all the equipment on board in addition to the services made available to boaters by the harbor master's office (sanitary facilities, tourist information, bike rental, etc.). A true floating suite offering 360° views of the harbor and located close to all amenities.

Well-equipped and friendly, nice neighborhood, close to shops, and sea 500 m all around. Main beaches 2 km away (about 25 minutes' walk and 10 minutes' bike ride), easy to park near the beaches. Linens and towels provided for added comfort, cleaning not included, possible extra on request.

The accommodation is on the 1st floor of a 1970s family home. Access is independent via an external staircase. Self check-in with a lockbox 🙂 Located 700 m from Trestraou Beach. Free parking. (two cars max) Easy access to all sites on the Pink Granite Coast and its amenities. ✅ Advantages: Proximity, spacious, bright. ❌ Disadvantages: no blinds, only blackout curtains, pay attention to the noise of footsteps for the ground floor apartment.

Its location ensures calm and relaxation, beautiful views and sunsets. The Sunday market and small shops are nearby.

At the tip of the port, after it's the sea, charming cottage on the water with very nice views. In a small port typical of this Brittany strong of its marine history. Pink granite, hiking trails, the GR 34 passes 300 m from the cottage. Beaches on foot, fishing within 50m, harbor cafe, restaurant, and the sale of fish live by fishermen. Access to the mezzanine does not accommodate children under 10 years old.
