Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Vallouise, Vallouise-Pelvoux

We just loved the design of the house, modern, clean and generous. The views from the house are spectacular. In every direction from the house are trails to take in the Alps. Some within walking distance, some a short drive away. We walked every trail we could find. In the spring, the meadows are carpets of flowers and the mountain views, lakes, very impressive. Some shops pre-season were closed, so you need to be careful with supplies, but loved the weekly market and eating goat from the local farmer!

The accommodation is in a very nice location with garden and is very quiet (preferable to arrive by car). The view over Gap and the mountains is fantastic. The amenities are very good and the accommodation is very spacious and clean. Since there were only two of us, we didn't need the other floors. Host Denis is very friendly and helpful - he gave us good excursion tips for the area (e.g. lake full of fish at Saint-Apollinaire - a paradise for anglers. There is also a restaurant there). We can definitely recommend the accommodation. Excellent value for money.

Fantastic stay up in Champsaur. The landscape is stunning and Eric and Flavienne were outstanding and welcoming hosts. Strongly recommend a trip out to this corner of the planet, it’s a very special place.

The stay at Jocelyne's guest house was perfect. The garden right in front of the door, that has the size of a little park and the mountains in the background is simply gorgeous. Beautiful region for hiking and Jocelyne was a super friendly host, who helped with recommendations, if needed.

We spent two wonderful weeks at Nicolas' place. The setting is beautiful, the accommodation is very well arranged and Nicolas always responded to our needs, thank you very much. However, beware of the gravel climb to reach the parking lot, which begins to deepen, it still passes with our break. We'll be happy to go back!

Cedric and Noémie are 2 attentive and very kind hosts. They immediately made themselves available and were kind. Their home is magnificent, warm, welcoming and has everything whether it is a short or a long stay. It is perhaps one of the most tastefully and intelligently furnished houses and enjoys an exceptional view. It was a great experience and also perfect for those with dogs. Very close to the shops but at the same time isolated for peace of mind. Convenient and easy access! It was a beautiful experience.

The accommodation is spacious, pleasant and nicely decorated. The outdoor spaces are appreciable with unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains. Pierre was available and responsive to answer our questions and recommend hikes and via Ferrata. We recommend it without a second thought.

the studio was perfect for our weekend for 4 in the mountains. Everything was located about thirty minutes' drive away. Alexandre is easily reachable to answer any questions, which is very reassuring.

I had a lovely week in this great place which is extremely nice. It's spacious, cozy, beautiful, and very clean. The large terrace is really great, and it's a pleasure to have your meals there. You can't hear anything other than the river noise below. Even if the apartment above is occupied, we are really separate from the other tenants, and we don't see them. This may be one of the best places I've ever stayed at! Recommended without hesitation!

The apartment and its garden were perfect. Nothing was missing. Very quiet with a beautiful view. The lake and its region are splendid. Very responsive and friendly hosts.

Beautiful apartment with great views, where you can really feel comfortable. The check-in was a bit bumpy, as the concierge did not speak English, but in the end we received all the information. We were in the accommodation during the low season. At this time, all restaurants and shops on the mountain are closed. So you have to be aware that you need about 20 minutes to the next shopping opportunity. Unfortunately, it took us 2 days to heat the apartment to a pleasant temperature. This was chilly, which was probably due to the low season and the uninhabited building. All in all, however, it was a stay to feel good and relax.

Sophie was very helpful with all of our queries. This is potentially one of the best stocked airbnbs I have stayed in!

Apartment in impeccable condition with pleasant terrace. Everything you need (I'm not sure the oven makes microwave but maybe it's me) with quality equipment. There was a problem in the copro but Vincent was very responsive and accommodating, nothing to say.
