Hillside's Rest Nest

When I refurbished the place, my aim was to create a place to relax, read or hideaway to focus on work. Located in the neighbourhood, where all the city life is just a 5-10 minutes walk away and at the same time, it does not feel as city at all as the forest and river walk is just around the corner. I am glad to share it with likeminded travellers and I will be glad to share all those little tips and tricks about places in Cesis, worthwhile to experience - from nature spots to cosy pubs :-)

The apartment (75 km2) is located in a 19th century house 5mins walk from the Old Town. The windows face the picturesque Castle Park (Cēsu Pils parks). The apartment is 800 meters from the train station, 900 meters from the bus station and “Pauku pines”. There is a free parking in the yard. The Green studiot is in a minimalist style, but with everything you need for a longer stay. It's possible to accommodate an additional guest, as the Danish design - Innovation Living sofa is extendable.

It is a family property furnished with everything for comfy stay and will be very attractive for cooking lovers. It also has got balcony- for having a morning coffee (in warm season). The apartment is close to the city center and the bus station. 100 meters away there is also a river Gauja and walking/cycling trails. There are also rocky Goat rapids and Feeling Park nearby, which are popular walking/relaxing spots. The grocery store is 3 min walk, as well as there is a parking lot for parking near the house itself. The building also has a backyard and garden with a canopy and a fire pit that can be used to coordinate with hosts.
