Col di Fiori is located in the calm countryside right between Assisi, Perugia and Gubbio, with many hiking and biking possibilities close by as well as a gorgeous view over the surrounding landscape of the Tiber valley. La Fornace is perfect for guests who want to explore Umbria - pretty much all major sites can be reached within 60 minutes - but it is just as perfect to take a break and relax.

Single room with a full bed in a pretty historic house, with a roof garden, located in the heart of the historic center of Perugia in front of the Etruscan Arch, University for foreigners (Palazzo Gallenga-Stuart), Medieval Aqueduct, 200 meters from Corso Vannucci, and very close to many other points of historical and cultural interest. Garden available for breakfast (included). Covered and guarded parking 100 meters away.

The apartment GELSO is the perfect choice for a 4 to 6 person family. On the ground floor there is the kitchen+living room+ 1 double bed room and toilette. Upstairs on the loft there is 1 double bed + 2 single bed. The entire apartment is decorated in a traditional way, a lot of wood and nature are the main characteristics, in order to respect the surrounding environment.
