Ideal for walking around the hill. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers and business travelers. It is a very intimate place,special for lovers.

We are located in the heart of Barrio Puerto, historic center and the oldest neighborhood of Valparaiso, inhabited since colonial times. Enjoy a central location, just a few meters from the Elevator Cordillera. Muelle Prat, Calle serrano, Plaza Sotomayor, Cerro Concepción, Cerro Alegre, Mirador 21 de mayo. They are all places you can reach on foot. The connectivity is second to none! You will be able to move by trolleybus, metro train or microbus to anywhere in the city.

Located 100 meters from the civic center of Valparaíso, where there is commerce and locomotion easily accessible. It is a 10 minute walk to the metro station Bellavista, a 7 minute walk to the feet of Cerro Alegre and Concepción, and a 2 minute walk at the foot of the Cerro Bellavista.

My house has an important heritage value as it has 100 years but perfectly maintained, comfortable and cosy, with a wood warming stove, high ceilings, beautiful views of the whole bay and harbour. With two terraces, a kitchen totally implemented and beautiful views from kitchen and dining room. We don’t have this house for business. It’s our beautiful place to escape from stress which we rent when we don’t go.
