We offer a small apartment (number 2 in the exterior photo) that is very cozy and has everything you need for a pleasant stay in Valparaíso. It is located on the 4th floor and can only be reached by stairs. The important thing for us is to answer all your questions and guide you around the city if you need it. Located in a residential neighborhood with transportation to the door to go to and from downtown Valparaíso and Viña del Mar, we are 15 blocks from the city's bus terminal.

You will love my place because of the wonderful view over the bay of Valparaíso and the entire coastline of the region.The loft is part of an old Cerro Alegre house,totally renovated and the location is perfect,close to places of interest, such as art and culture, incredible views, family activities and restaurants and food. Ideal for walking around the hill. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers and business travelers. It is a very intimate place,special for lovers.

We are located in the heart of Barrio Puerto, historic center and the oldest neighborhood of Valparaiso, inhabited since colonial times. Enjoy a central location, just a few meters from the Elevator Cordillera. Muelle Prat, Calle serrano, Plaza Sotomayor, Cerro Concepción, Cerro Alegre, Mirador 21 de mayo. They are all places you can reach on foot. The connectivity is second to none! You will be able to move by trolleybus, metro train or microbus to anywhere in the city.

Comfortable, cozy, ample and bright loft. It has a terrace and a partial view of the bay. It is designed for people to relax and be able to enjoy with fullness and intimacy of the space. Located 100 meters from the civic center of Valparaíso, where there is commerce and locomotion easily accessible. It is a 10 minute walk to the metro station Bellavista, a 7 minute walk to the feet of Cerro Alegre and Concepción, and a 2 minute walk at the foot of the Cerro Bellavista.

You will stay in a cosy duplex in the Vistalegre building. You can walk to restaurants in Cerro Alegre, Cerro Concepcion and downtown. Nearby you will find: Paseo Yugoslavo, Paseo Gervasoni and Paseo Atkinson; El Peral, Reina Victoria and Concepcion lifts. You will need to use stairs. Ask about discounts, parking options, other check-in times, and early check-in or late check-out, which incur an extra charge. Everything is negotiable :) Parking : 6000 per night

Thanks to its great location, you can easily visit the main attractions of the port.

My house has an important heritage value as it has 100 years but perfectly maintained, comfortable and cosy, with a wood warming stove, high ceilings, beautiful views of the whole bay and harbour. With two terraces, a kitchen totally implemented and beautiful views from kitchen and dining room. We don’t have this house for business. It’s our beautiful place to escape from stress which we rent when we don’t go.
