Holiday rentals with a sauna in Valparaíso

Rodrigo is very good host, always willing and friendly. I'm answering all of our queries. The depto is very comfortable, I went with my husband and my two daughters and I had prepared a crib with savannas and blankets at disposal. Everything is very nice and nice. The area is great when the plan is to go shopping and eat rich. Thank you! We look forward to coming back!

There were 4 of us in this amazing apartment! Everyone was super comfortable. Clean bathrooms, towels and bed linen, super-equipped kitchen... and the spectacular view! The apartment is a few meters from a super complete mall, a beautiful park... Very well located and safe. 24-hour concierge, very good garage too. Priscila sent us all the information, we checked in smoothly. She responds quickly to all questions. We felt at home, we would definitely come back!

Everything was amazing, very clean and tidy, an excellent place to rest, everything nearby, just one drawback with respect to the pools that were not enabled, but everything else was highly recommended.

The apartment is beautiful, just as seen in the photos and very complete. The building has swimming pools and a restaurant that is also very complete and accessible. Branko was very attentive, friendly and willing to help, he always answered very quickly

What an amazing place! Great views, great security, lots of nearby restaurants, parks, and just all-around beautiful atmosphere. Not to mention the apartment itself. (this is coming from a top my top contractor boyfriend) the quality and craftsmanship in every detail was top-notch. They did a really good job in every detail. There is a little market just across the street for all the little things you might need and a mall two blocks away for all of your shopping needs. The staff and owner was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend.

The apartment is very well equipped (with quality furniture) and was super clean. What's more, it's very well located, right on the Avenida del Mar. Communication with Jaime was very good, always willing to help. The information was very clear from the beginning. The only thing I would recommend (to improve) would be to change the curtains and install blackout ones, since at night the rooms were very bright because the apartment is on the first floor, the lights of the condominium next door bothered you when you were sleeping. It will undoubtedly be our first choice when we want to visit La Serena again. Thank you!

I stayed at Ana Paula’s apartment for a few weeks. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed. It’s within walking distance to many restaurants, malls, supermarkets, and public transportation. The balcony also offers a very nice view. Ana Paula was always helpful and responsive throughout my stay. I highly recommend this apartment and host to anyone looking for a place to stay in Santiago.

This is the 4th time we have stayed in these apartments, the place is quiet and the view is wonderful, the apartment is clean and has everything you could need, but this time I want to highlight the host, who despite the fact that we had a 5 hour difference was always attentive to any need we had and always maintained great communication.

I found the apartment clean, impeccable and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is very well located, close to shopping and lots of greenery, in a very nice area. Check-in is with an electronic lock, so no worries about the keys. The building has amenities (conventional and heated pool, gym, laundry service, etc.) and is very quiet. Martina was always very attentive. I would definitely stay in the same place again.

Our stay was spectacular, the house is wonderful and the photos don't do justice to how big and comfortable the spaces are. The view and place are incredible, with a way down to the beach very close. The only thing was that the pool filter never worked and the water turned green and cochina but everything else worked perfect.

We loved staying in Daniel's house, very nice, comfortable, fully equipped, with everything you need for an excellent stay. Very quiet condominium, with many activities that can be done in a family atmosphere.

Francisco was an excellent host. The house is beautiful, impeccable, the same or better than the photos. The house is designed to be with children, everything organized and very clean. There is a playhouse in the yard that my children enjoyed very much. We would definitely come back, it was a super pleasant experience.

It is a very nice house located in a gated community with few houses and little traffic. Children can walk quietly on the sidewalks or streets. The condominium has a playground in good condition, a clubhouse with a swimming pool and a small soccer field in the square and another in the polo area. In the polo sector there are only two horses and it does not seem that anyone practices the sport. Bernardita's house is very organized and comfortable. To go to the beach you have to go by car. To get to the condominium you have to go through a very bad dirt road; any car can pass with caution. There are no shops within walking distance of the condominium. There are some deliveries that arrive (supermarket and hamburgers).

Constanza was always attentive to ensure we had a beautiful stay. The accommodation is impeccable and has everything you need to spend a luxury vacation, with all the amenities when cooking, showering or spending a moment of relaxation and entertainment. The location's easy access and proximity to family-friendly and quiet beaches were a plus when enjoying the sea. It certainly exceeded our expectations!!! A 10 out of 10 for every service and comfort offered!!

The house is spacious, it has all the kitchen utensils, large pots, pans, covered, among others, it has a lot of space, the clean pool and the tinaja was one of the protagonists of the stay, it works with firewood that is obtained in the vicinity of the house, the host is very kind and responsive and always attentive at the time of arrival, the only thing that was quite uncomfortable was the presence of flies that hopefully they can fix, everything else is excellent.

Isabel's house is perfect for a getaway with friends and family, we really enjoyed the various spaces the house offers, in addition to being fully equipped, with everything you need to just enjoy. Thank you so much Isabel for having us.
