Se trata de un piso seminuevo con una excelente ubicación con un supermercado, varios bares, restaurantes, pizzerías, un parque, un centro de salud y una farmacia a menos de 300 metros. La localidad se encuentra en un cruce de caminos entre las ciudades de Cuenca (66 km), Albacete (77 km), Valencia (147 km) y Madrid (206 km). Además tenemos el precioso pueblo de Alarcón a 17 km, donde se puede disfrutar de una de las villas más bonitas de Castilla La Mancha.

el jacuzzi solo se enchufa en los meses de verano ya que está en exterior y no calienta el agua .La casa está preparada para ocho personas si no se cumplen las normas, me veré obligado a comunicárselo a la plataforma, ya que estoy teniendo muy malas experiencias últimamente que se meten más de 30 personas a la casa y me la hacen polvo. La casa no es para ese tipo de fiestas por cada persona más que entre sin comunicármelo serían 100 € mas
