El apartamento de Ramón es literalmente como lo describe. Es un oasis que no esperas encontrar en medio de una ciudad como Madrid. Él en todo momento ha estado pendiente de nuestras necesidades y ha sido muy atento y simpático con nosotros! Sin duda nos encantaría volver!

The apartment is close to a metro station and to a big grocery shop, which is essential to me. Rafa is a great host, everything is as advertised. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, including the kitchen.

The apartment is just like the photos. Communication is very fluid, the location is quiet, and we appreciate that. The neighbors are very friendly. If you're looking for something quieter and close to everything by car, this is the ideal place. Parking is a bit tricky, and it's hard to find a spot. We enjoyed the front garden.

El apartamento está genial, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar varias semanas, es muy cómodo y muy bonito. Lo recomiendo.

Came to Madrid for work and stayed at Oscar’s apartment. Location is super safe, walkable any time of the day. The space is very comfortable, clean, and the communication was great throughout my stay. Highly recommend and I would be back.

Gustavo’s place is amazing, and Gustavo is the best host. He was extremely responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. He made numerous helpful recommendations, and really made our time in Madrid enjoyable. His place is pristine and beautiful, & we will definitely be staying here the next time we’re in town! El piso era tal cual se mostraba en las fotos. Estaba muy limpio y fresquito (muy necesario por el calor que hacía). Estaba muy bien ubicado para ir al Metropolitano (que era el motivo de nuestro viaje). Virginia fue super amable, respondió a todo muy rápido, nos dio muchísimas facilidades tanto a la hora de entrar como de salir. Muy recomendable!!

We stayed at Juan’s place for over 10 days and rented two units to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. Both units were on first floor and ours had a beautiful garden. Perfect for 2 adults and maybe a kid. Clean, spacious and within walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, Alcala street, metro and bus stops. Juan was very friendly and responsive. The AC was great since it was very hot outside. Also, very convenient laundry room in the common area. Our only complain is the very poor internet service. We had to use our data almost every day while being inside the apartment. Although Juan indicated new internet was going to be installed we experienced the problem until we left.

Maria Teresa ha sido muy atenta y encantadora. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y cómodo. Un punto extra es todo el aparcamiento gratuito que hay en las inmediaciones, bares, farmacia etc.. La cama muy cómoda. Sin duda volveremos.

L’appartement était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce : tout confort, spacieux, propre, dans un immeuble moderne avec un concierge très professionnel et agréable — un vrai plus ! L’emplacement est idéal, dans un quartier calme et agréable, avec une station de métro toute proche, propre et sécurisée. El alojamiento estába impoluto...zona tranquila, tenía aparcamiento público en la zona y un bar al lado donde se destuna estupendamente...por lo general todo fue genial..la única pega que Le veo que hay que coger metro y la boca más cercana estaba como a unos 15/20 min andando, pero por lo demás todo estupendo!

Many thanks, Maria Jose, for a wonderful stay! Your apartment was perfect for us (2 parents, 2 grown up kids), perfectly appointed for all that we needed. We loved the outside terrace. It was very convenient to have a grocery store and pharmacy close by. The Chamartin train station was also close by (20 min walk) with plenty of places to eat along the way. I highly recommend staying with Maria Jose, with much gratitude for her hospitality, generosity, and thoughtfulness!

Todo perfecto, buena zona, Francisco nos dejo flexibilidad con horarios, atento, y todo tal y como pone en el anuncio, si vuelvo a ir a Madrid se donde tengo una casa.

Muy buen alojamiento y buena ubicación. Lo único a tener en cuenta es que se escucha todo lo de fuera.

This is a beautiful apartment, well decorated and in a wonderful location right next to Retiro Park. We stayed for a month and were sad to leave. It is a short walk to everything you might need, bakeries, food markets, laundry, pharmacies, shops, and, of course, this being Madrid, excellent restaurants and neighborhood bars. The metro was just a block away, and bus stops right around the corner. Gabi, is a wonderful host. Attentive to all our needs and inquiries. She and her partner not only remodeled this apartment with great detail to make it functional, but decorated it in great taste. They are architects! Thank-you, Gabi. Hope we can come back soon!

Apto muy limpio y super bién equipado.Localización muy buena,hay de todo a mano. Ignacio fué super flexible en la hora de llegada y salida dándome todo tipo de facilidades.Siempre atento y dispuesto, respondiendo de manera instantánea.

Carlos es el mejor anfitrión que me he encontrado. El departamento se encontraba en excelente estado, todo en perfecto orden. No puedo recomendar mas este alojamiento. La atención de Carlos siempre fue cálida, clara y atenta.

Great apt and centrally located near Malasaña. Despite being on a big street it was very quiet at night. We had a great stay.

Un apartamento con una situación inmejorable en un barrio maravilloso. El apartamento es acogedor, tranquilo y cuenta con un portero muy amable disponible para responder cualquier pregunta. Es un apartamento interior, lo cual le da una tranquilidad estupenda y está muy bien iluminado, así que no se echa de menos una vista exterior en absoluto. Tengo que mencionar que la ducha tiene una presión perfecta, algo que no suele ser común en apartamentos y que se agradece mucho. Todo estaba limpio y ordenado. Agradecí muchísimo que me permitieran dejar mis cosas varias horas antes de la hora de entrada sin ningún tipo de pega. Me ha encantado todo y me encantaría volver. No tengo ninguna pega, al contrario!

Che dire, tutto fantastico…sembrava di essere a casa! Eva molto disponibile, ha esaudito ogni mia richiesta. Quando è venuta per il check - in ha portato delle caramelle per i nostri tre bambini. Ogni qual volta le scrivevo su Wazzap venivo risposta nell’immediato. Se tornerò a Madrid la casa di Eva sarà il mio punto di riferimento….anche perché la Metropolitana sotto casa è impagabile! Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio!

Such a perfect apartment for a weekend in Madrid. Within walking distance of the palace and central Madrid, including restaurants and cafes nearby too. The apartment had everything I needed and was perfectly set up, exactly how it looks in the pictures. Check in was super easy and Lila sent very clear instructions ahead of arrival and departure. Would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a place to stay in Madrid for exploring the city.

Ho soggiornato in questa fantastica stanza a Madrid e non posso che raccomandarla vivamente! La posizione era perfetta, situata in un quartiere vivace e ricco di ristoranti e attrazioni. La stanza era perfetta , accogliente e ben arredata, con tutte le comodità necessarie per un soggiorno piacevole. In sintesi, è stata un'esperienza super bella e non vedo l'ora di tornare. Consiglio vivamente questa stanza a chiunque visiti Madrid!
