Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.

You could possibly spot some deer, wild turkey, or hear the coyotes howl at the full moon. This home is very close to wedding venues, Hurricane Creek Country Club, and a short drive to downtown McKinney.
