Salamonie State Property surrounds the Carriage House on three sides which means, this is all public land for you to explore! The Carriage House shares five acres with our residence. The Carriage House has loads of rustic charm, however, the modern amenities will keep you comfortable! Whether you're horseback riding, fishing, boating, hiking, biking on the Wabash County Trail, seeing a show at the Honeywell Center or just simply...want to get away, the Carriage House is awaiting your arrival!

Self check-in! Traffic noise free! This cozy guest loft was created in January of 2022. We sit in the central edge of Marion, about 8 min from IWU, 5 min from down town, and 7 min from I-69. With TWO bedrooms (each has TV & QUEEN bed), a LARGE kitchen/dining area, a COZY living room with TV/Roku, and a SPACIOUS bathroom! NO CLEANING FEE and FREE parking right in front of your door! Come enjoy the wide open country in our quiet and peaceful guesthouse. Although you will be surrounded by solitude you will be just minutes from several towns. Enjoy the quiet of the surrounding fields and woods along with the beauty of the pond year round. The guesthouse is attached to our home but the garage is in between the two so it is very quiet for everyone. You will have your own private entrance.
