Situated upon the hills of Mavromati, the newly built villa has a stunning view over the sea, beaches and the beautiful landscape of south Zakynthos. The area is surrounded by charming olive groves and within 10 minutes walk to beaches, restaurants, bars, shops and markets. By car, Airport and Zakynthos town is only 15 minutes away. Villa Polyxeni is a high standard modern villa, with a unique concept of a courtyard with a 20 meter swimming pool and large jacuzzi, lining the kitchen, dining and living areas. A shallow part of the swimming pool includes queen size sun beds facing the sea and creates a perfect place for children to play. The surrounding green trees and plants in the garden enfolds the area making the feeling of a protected, luxurious and relaxing oasis, perfect for just chilling. As a self-catering villa, everything is included that is needed for a perfect stay. Wifi, SmartTV in all bedrooms plus living room, cooling and heating system, all bathrooms equipped with electrical floor heating during colder times of the year, fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer and coffee machine are included. BBQ area is just outside the kitchen. Outdoor shower is situated next to the swimming pool. The villa of 350 square meters includes 5 spacious bedrooms with queens beds and ensuite bathrooms. Children's cot and extra beds can be added on request. Shaded double parking next to the villa. All linen and towels for both shower and swimming pool are included and changed every 3rd day of stay. VIP Transfer included from and to airport on arrival and departure date. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Pets are not allowed. - No smoking indoors. - On request for special Parties and Events - An extra security deposit of 300 euros per person for ages between 18 to 25 years old. This amount will be returned at the check-out if no damage or loss has occurred at the property.

Harrys’ villa was excellent. The place was beautiful and very clean. There is a great view with a pool that comes right up to the edge of the villa. The air conditioning was strong (great for me and my wife because we like it cold at night). What really stood out was Harrys himself though. He is a wonderful, responsive host. He was there to check us in and brought us US wall adapters for our electronics. When my wife needed to do her hair, he brought over a straightener for us. He gave us a dinner recommendation to Prosilio’s (recommend!) and called the owner to let him know we were coming. When we got there, the owner greeted us and offered us a free dessert on the house. Harrys really made our stay incredible and demonstrated that famous Greek hospitality. 10/10 would recommend and will likely go again.

The house itself is in a quiet area, and it’s nice in the evening to hear the locals chatting, working, and children playing. Uvetta is a beautiful home with generous sized bedrooms and bathrooms, and has everything you could need inside and out for a comfortable stay. Don’t hesitate to book.

Aan de allerliefste Ilektra, We hebben zo’n fijne week gehad in jouw prachtige huis. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen stond Ilektra met een grote glimlach klaar om ons te verwelkomen. Ze had een welkomstpakketje gemaakt met chips, nootjes, drinken etc. Het huis ontbrak aan helemaal niets. Van toiletpapier, koelbox tot een voorraad aan drinkwater. Zelfs nadat onze voorraad drinkwater op was kwam Ilektra binnen een uur om het te brengen, nadat we haar vroegen waar we dit zelf konden kopen. Daarnaast was het super schoon en zonder buren was het ook heerlijk rustig én had ook niemand last van ons met muziek. Ook gaf ze veel leuke tips voor restaurants en dingen om te doen. We willen Ilektra heel erg bedanken voor haar vriendelijkheid en enthousiasme en hopen dat heel veel mensen nog zo’n fijne tijd in dit huis gaan hebben als wij. Je kunt geen betere gastvrouw wensen!

Our host Chris is wonderful. He and his wife were very friendly. U could see that they really prioritised us feeling like home. If you are a family with kids this is a great house to stay. No stairs and a big area to play in. Even toys for our daughter was available. House is very clean and has a modern design. We truly loved everything’s and will definitely come again .

This place was INCREDIBLE. We can't say enough good things about the house and the host. House: The place was immaculate. They've done a beautiful job in the design of the place. There are endless spaces to relax, enjoy the views, and lounge comfortably. The beds and couches were cozy and the views are spectacular. The Location: The house is located on the quieter side of the island and was exactly what we wanted for our relaxing vacation. It was a short drive to half a dozen or more stunning and non-crowded beaches and lots of delicious and charming restaurants. Renting a car is a must and will make exploring the area much easier. The Host: George is the best. He's very responsive and went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable. He even baked us fresh cookies for our arrival. What a gem. Recos: Our favorite restaurants (all a 2 minute drive from the house): Nobelos, Skinos, The Old Windmill Favorite Beach: Wolf Rocks Beach Stop reading this and book the place!

Fantastic villa with everything we needed for a family of 5. The interior and furnishings are very stylish and we loved our time here, the kids especially loved the pool and hot tub! There is lots of restaurants and places to go within a short distance of the property and the beaches are beautiful. Thank you to the host for being so accommodating and helpful. We would recommend to all who wish to stay on this lovely island.
