Close to the nature reserve Brånsjön, the ski slope Middagsberget, 4 km to central Vännäs and 30 km to central Umeå. Buses within walking distance. Animals are on the farm but the farmhouse is hypoallergenic, no animals stay there. Internet via wifi for video calls available.

Here you live quietly and peacefully ten minutes from Umeå. Own house 40 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The house further consists of a nice living room with TV and super-fast Wifi, 1 bedroom with two beds, also access to extra bed available in the form of a nice slept mattress to lay on the floor. There is of course a toilet with shower that also includes a combined washing machine and dryer. Comfortable full beds 80x200cm and an extra bed box spring 80x200cm, with bed mattress.

The house is fully equipped with all the comforts and you can choose if you want to buy for breakfast or arrange yourself in the nice kitchen. In summertime, we have an open craft shop and garden cafe Eljest on the same farm. Large parking space available about 50 m from the house. There is an option to charge your electric car at cost. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with 6 beds. - Access to the sauna is available in an adjacent house, including shower and toilet. In the house there is also a sofa bed that sleeps two guests. - Beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom slope, 8 km.

Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. Guest house with small kitchen, stove and fridge, four beds all ready made, bathtowels and small towel for all guest. Outdoor Shower and outhouse, outdoor furniture and barbecue area near and down the lake. Wifi is available. There is a sauna down the lake and a boat included. Sometimes neighbors sharing the bathing place. Firewood is included for sauna and barbecue.
