Holiday rentals with breakfast in Vanua Levu

Un séjour incroyable chez Flora qui est une hôte très accueillante. Elle est venue nous chercher à l’aéroport et nous a fait faire un tour de Fare. Le logement était très bien situé, propre, adorable et en bord de mer pour nos meilleurs lever de soleil. Les petits déjeuner était variés (fruits de saison, confiture, pain, thé, café…). Et un grand merci pour tous les conseils !

Petero's place SISI tours is home from home. Don't miss the chance to spend a weekend or week next to the beachvsnd close to the jungle. His tours include seeing cannibal caves, snorkeling in pristine waters, boat tours and mountain trekking. It's a great village with friendly people who welcome you with open arms, and the children never stop smiling.

A nice accomodation, with clean beds and bathroom, on the cliffs with a view of the sea below. Raymond is a very friendly and responsive host and took care of our food as well as the trips in Taveuni.

This home stay was the best home stay I’ve ever stayed in I would recommend 100%. Living really in Fijian village everyone was so welcoming and nice, they went out of there way to make us feel at home. The activities they offer were authentic and very interactive. We really felt part of the village once we left, first time for us to get such an authentic experience in a home stay. Also the dive sites of rainbow reef and the white wall 30 minutes dive away and the village can arrange transport very easily. Their cooking was very tasty! Real fijian food, from the farm! Also the reef in the bay in front of the village was breathtaking it is an untouched paradise here! Suggestion: buy anything you want from the store before getting here, it’s a far away paradise! The bus stop is by the village, very easy, just say Vure Vure village! They were waiting for us there! Our hosts were truly amazing.

Lyn and Sete's place is amazing! The hosts are the most genuine, warm and kind hearted people i ever had the pleasure to meet! Their hospitality is top notch and they made me feel so welcome and at home. It felt like visiting good friends! I really enjoyed our many talks sitting out on the verandah and learnt a lot about what life is like in Fiji. Communication before arrival was excellent and Lyn informed me about everything I needed to know, from pick up to activities and the place itself. Everything was as described and better! The meals were delicious. This homestay is a true gem surrounded by magnificent, lush scenery and comes with it's own private beach! It's a nature lover's paradise and the best choice for someone who would like to detach and leave all the technology behind, enjoy the sound of the waves and many birds, explore the lush jungle or go snorkeling from the beautiful beach! Lyn & Sete are true super hosts! Thank you both for having me and hope to see you soon!

A reasonable place to stay if you want to be close to Fare. It’s a 10 minute walk into town and beach access is just a few minutes away. You aren’t getting many views at this place so we didn’t really use the outdoor spaces. Having AC in both rooms was appreciated and the unit was comfortable, clean and functional. You could manage without a vehicle at this accommodation which could be a cost savings (though renting a vehicle of some sort for at least one day is highly recommended to see the island - riding e-bikes is great as the roads are interesting, quiet and the entire loop is achievable in a day).

Super logement directement dans la maison d'Anouk où elle nous fait partager son quotidien. Endroit calme et paisible non loin de point de vu pour admirer le sunset. Superbe rencontre, Anouk prends son temps pour nous raconter des anecdotes et elle n'hésite pas vous aider à trouver des activités afin de découvrir Raiatea. Je recommande !

Anna es muy gentil, el departamento era increíble, muy limpio. Las camas, sábanas, toallas todo, un aroma muy rico. Desde mi dormitorio podía ver como jugaban y se bañaban en la piscina mis hijos. Hay un magnífico jacuzzi. Mis hijos cenaron con Anne y su marido, los dos muy amables y la comida exquisita. El desayuno fue lo mejor, la comida una mezcla entre Tahití y Francia. En la mañana el despertar fue magnífico con un amanecer hermoso yo pude apreciarlo desde mi habitación y del balcón. Hay camas en el borde del mar para descansar mucho espacio para mucha gente. Los dormitorios son con aire acondicionado eso es perfecto ya que en Polynésia aveces hace mucha calor. Un acceso a internet perfecto. Un silencio y una tranquilidad que podíamos escuchar el mar todo el tiempo y eso me mantuvo muy relajada. Punto importante esta pensión también arrienda autos y esto es muy práctico. La pensión queda muy cerca del aeropuerto y con mucho restaurantes cerca y pizzerías. Volveremos muy pronto.

Logement conforme aux photos, vraiment pas déçus. Joliment aménagé, avec tout l’électroménager nécessaire. Petite épicerie très pratique à quelques mètres (les viennoiseries sont plutôt bonnes), vous avez un restaurant et un Avis juste à côté également ce qui est très pratique. Nous avons fait appel à Alex, le taxi recommandé par l’hôte lors de notre arrivée, nous recommandons. Personnes fiables et réactives. Je recommande Mauruuru

Appartement neuf bien équipé et très bien situé pour profiter de bora bora. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir car tout est nickel !

The studio Vau 8 was modern, new and clean. Everything was fresh including linens, towels, soaps, shampoo, sofa. The AC kept the inside cool, comfortable and dry. It appeared to be so new I think I was first to discover a minor leak under the bathroom sink. I placed a bowl for temporary solution. Everything was so clean, hygienic and new I deemed the leak a minor inconvenience. I bought food from the store next to the complex and cooked most times. Restaurants, the beach and lagoon are easily walkable. Matira is a very good base if you don’t want hassles of a car or taxi. I did not cycle because the road is not wide and I did not feel comfortable with some of the traffic. There is one bike lane and people do ride bicycles. My experience and stay was very good and I’m happy I chose that unit.

We enjoyed our stay at Mareta Lodge fully. Arii was so kind to send us important information about the arrival and transport on Bora Bora upfront which was very helpful. She also organized a pick us from the pier for us. The apartment itself is new and very clean. Nicely done, kitchen fully equipped + washing machine. We enjoyed our breakfast and the small terrace each morning. The location is behind a small local supermarket which is very convenient. The walk to the public beach takes about 15 min. There are plenty of dining options around as well. We’d be happy to stay here again!

I recommend!!

This is a brand new property. Very generously sized, well thought out, tastefully decorated and squeaky clean. Lots of storage, comfy bed, crispy clean beddings, nicely equipped kitchen. Location is great, too! Very private but very close to a good grocery store (fresh pastry and bread every morning, fresh local fruits, fresh local fish, etc.), nice bars and restaurants, multiple auto/ scooter/ bike rentals and boat rental - all within 5 min walk. The best of its kind, Matira beach, is a 10 min walk away. Sas was very responsive, arranged for a taxi for us, was very flexible with our flight changes, provided good instructions and recommendations and offered a late check out, which we greatly appreciated! We would stay here again for sure!

I spent five nights solo here. The location and the room were perfect for my stay-everything is brand new in great condition. The welcome booklet great help. The room was cool and ready when I arrived, and the lockbox setup was easy. The host is very helpful and responsive. I liked that the market was next door, and that the room’s patio is private, covered, with table and chairs and a nice tropical jungle view. There are a few restaurants close by, but if you eat out I recommend the Intercontinental Hotel near the beach. Great bar and restaurant menus, about the same price as the other restaurants, the food is far better and the view there is fantastic. Had I gone there the first night, I would have dined there every night. I like to cook my own simple dinner at times, and the room was good for that. If you want to rent a scooter or more, MRC Rent near the Intercontinental is a very reasonable local business, and if you call they will pick you up. I would definitely stay here again.

Ne vous fiez pas aux photos, la réalité est encore mieux! Un lieu paradisiaque, l'impression de vivre loin de tout, sauf de la bonne humeur de Daniel que nous remercions encore chaleureusement pour tous ces temps de partage bien pensés car il sait aussi être discret. Encore merci à toi Daniel pour ces fabuleux moments sur cette pirogue qui fait tant rêver. Au grand plaisir de te revoir🙏.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Fred, ses plats sont juste succulents, tout est extrêmement raffiné et fond sous la bouche c’est vraiment un délice ! Le logement est très propre, la salle de bain aussi. Il est plus simple d’être véhiculé mais nous avons fait du stop et ça a bien fonctionné. Fred nous a également proposé des scooters ou des vélos. Nous recommandons à 100%. Le petit déjeuner est également délicieux avec des fruits locaux, et pleins de bonnes choses préparées par fred !

Nani et Ange nous on fait un très bonne accueil, Nani nous a montré en chemin l' île, ce qui avait à visiter. On a passer un très bon séjour chez eux, des bons petits-déjeuner complets et variés, un dîner de pris chez eux et c'était très bon et copieux. La chambre est confortable, on se sent bien chez eux! Très bonne communication avec eux, très gentils. La plage est à proximité. c'est une île calme. Nous recommandons de loger chez eux!

I truly loved my stay! After walking one time around the island, I feel like this is the best location on the island. You get this crazy view over the lagoon (in fact most of the tourists stop right in front of the house to make their pictures) and you can also walk to the most beautiful beach of the "main island". The hosts are lovely and very kind and helpful. Please book including the dinner! There are not many options on the island and the food is delicious! Definitely ask for one of the two rooms with beach view, as the other two rooms do not have a window to the outside but only other parts of the house. But I am not even sure, if they still rent out these rooms... You will be leaving next door to the family, but they give you a lot of privacy. The hot shower at the end of the day was veeery nice. If you are in doubt, book it!! :)

Nacha et André nous ont très bien accueilli dans leur très belle maison, très bien placée sur Raiatea ! André connaît l’île par cœur et vous transmettra avec plaisir tout son savoir sur la Polynésie. Vous pourrez aussi aller sur un motu en kayak, voir requin et raies dans leur environnement naturel. Les petits déjeuners étaient copieux et très bons, avec des produits locaux, on a également mangé une fondue chinoise délicieuse. Merci à eux et aussi à Kimi, leur adorable petit chien !!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Maeva pour la qualité de son hébergement mais surtout pour sa disponibilité et la qualité des échanges et moments que nous avons eu. Son chien est très gentil et très bien élevé. Le levé de soleil est à coupé le souffle allongé depuis le lit puis le petit dej très bon. Maeva est de très bon conseil. Très grand merci, nous reviendrons dans 10 ans ! Alice et richard
