L'appartement, classé et étoilé, complètement neuf, au second étage de notre villa, à seulement 10 mètres des premières vagues, bénéficie d'une grande terrasse donnant sur la mer. Il mesure 35 m2 et la terrasse privée 25 m2. Les restaurants et le parc Braudel sont tout proches. C'est le lieu idéal pour des vacantes relaxantes ou sportives, avec de nombreuses possibilités d'activités nautiques et de randonnées à pied ou en VTT. C'est le lieu rêvé pour des vacances en couple ou avec des enfants.

Seafront Condo in Bandol, Provence

L'appartement et sa grande terrasse surplombe la mer Méditerranée. Il est idéal pour un couple ou une famille de 4 personnes. Proche du centre ville vous pourrez passer vos vacances au calme les pieds dans l'eau, avec un accès privé à la mer. Durant la haute saison, nous louons notre appartement à la semaine du dimanche au dimanche. Malheureusement, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de proposer des exceptions. Mon appartement a été entièrement rénové début 2023! Je vous propose de séjourner dans un studio refait avec goût pour vos prochaines vacances dans le sud, à Port Grimaud. Avec vue vue imprenable sur les canaux , vous profitez du soleil dès le matin sur la terrasse puis aurez la possibilité d'aller vous promener et d'accéder à la plage qui est à moins de 10mins (800 mètres) à pied seulement de l'appartement. Une place de parking privative vous permettra d'être garé en face du studio.

A parking space under a porch roof closed by an automatic grid will allow you to secure your car or/ and your motorbikes / bikes.

Fisherman's house in Port Grimaud

Located in the heart of the lake city of Port Grimaud, pleasant fully renovated house that can accommodate up to 7 people with the use of the sofa bed as an extra bed. It has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (including one bedroom with a single bed and a double bed 140). A free boat shuttle takes you to the beaches or the market square (shops and restaurants) from 06/15 to 09/15. Three night minimum stay. Linens (sheets and towels) are not provided

The peninsula

'La Gaou' is our family home located 100 m from the coast facing the Embiez archipelago and right next to the Gaou Islands. These natural spaces are sources of inspiration as the landscapes change according to the sun's path and climatic conditions. On the first floor of our villa, the apartment called 'La Presqu'île' intended for our visitors, offers a real balcony over the Brusc lagoon and views of the open sea.

CABIN

Cabin in a green setting, a 5-minute walk from the beach. You can do some very nice hiking there. It has a swimming pool and an independent and private garden. It is close to all amenities (2 km from the city center). Carqueiranne is an authentic Provençal fishing village far from tourist places. Your peace of mind will be assured. There is a shared path to our house to access it (50 m).

Sunset Suite

Ici, le temps s’arrête… Imaginez : un jacuzzi à 37°, une vue sublime sur la baie de Sanary, un sauna enveloppant, une douche escargot pour deux… Et le soir venu, un lit King Size tourné vers l’horizon, pour contempler le coucher du soleil enlacés, comme suspendus entre ciel et mer. La Suite Sunset, c’est plus qu’un séjour : c’est une parenthèse d’amour et de sérénité 🌅
