We had a great time at Elia House! The house was spotless, very tidy, and exactly as shown in the photos, modern and comfortable . From the very beginning, we felt at home. The location is very convenient for excursions in the area and is also next to the beach which is accessible on foot and is all sandy. We visited the beach, Ancient Olympia which is very close, we went for a walk in Caiaphas and enjoyed the nature. There are also several villages and taverns for nice food and relaxation in the surrounding area. Georgia, the host, was very friendly and helpful as she was always willing to help us with anything we needed. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely go back since it is just 3 hours from Athens. We recommend it to anyone who wants a calm and beautiful stay in Ilia and visit Ancient Olympia.

Fotis is a great host, we were very warmly welcomed! Fotis is a discreet but very considerate host, he spoiled us with delicious tomatoes from the garden, figs, cactus fruits 🌵 etc... We felt at home in Fotis's beautiful place, very comfortable, clean, with a garden and a beautiful pool! Thank you for the valuable advice, the smiles, the touches! We were delighted with our stay! I would like to share my experience staying at this beautiful house, perfectly situated right by the sea with very few people around and clean, clear water. We visited in August and thoroughly enjoyed our time by the coast. The house is fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Everything, from the beds to the furniture, kitchen, and appliances, is of good quality. A special thanks to the hosts for their attentiveness. Christos, the host, is truly exceptional and goes above and beyond to ensure the comfort of his guests. We requested four sunbeds for the garden, and even though it wasn't easy, he made sure they were provided, allowing us to sunbathe right in our own garden under the beautiful trees. In short, I highly recommend this house to anyone who loves a peaceful and quiet seaside retreat, and I personally look forward to returning here in the future.

Our stay was super peaceful. The place is beautiful and we appreciated the detailed touches. Close to a large supermarket and a short walk from the water, it's an ideal location for a restful getaway. Communication was excellent - thank you for everything!

The house is very nice and in the midst of a nice garden. It is very quiet and the house is well equipped. The beach is only a short walk (less than 5 minutes) away and has golden sand and the water is amazing. During the summer months there is also a beach bar, but the beach is large enough that you can also spend your day by yourself. However, we would like to add two things. They are stated in the description, but we were not fully aware of them and would like to point out: 1) There is no wi-fi! 2) The note that smoking is permitted on the property means that people/guests were smoking inside, even in the bedroom. You could smell the old smoke throughout the house and it took us several days to get rid of the smell. The house is advertised as ‘family friendly’, but this was really a negative issue as we were traveling with our very small child which should not be exposed to the smell of smoke at all.

Ms. Tasia is impeccable in everything!!! Willing to serve, everything is spotless and fully equipped. The house. I love the lawn with the wooden table and chairs set and the gazebo, everything you need for your evening drink, beer or your breakfast overlooking the Gulf of Patras. Of course, we could not miss the private beach of the house, a breath away from the accommodation. We will definitely prefer it again if we find ourselves in the area. Thank you for everything.
