Jeanette’s place was really peaceful and the location was so beautiful. It was mach more than we expected. The cottage felt like home. Everything was really simple. People who expect water closet would rather find some other place, but we were ok with this basic and natural facility. Sauna floor is also a bit tricky, because you have to dry it after sauna, but it was not too much mess. Jeanette is a good host who is very friendly and helpful. We were really thankful that she responded very quickly in the last minute and her plans matched ours perfectly.

We have stayed at several Airbnb's in the Varanger area, and this one really stands out. The house is great with room for four people and enough living space without feeling too large. The view is magnificent. Skallelv is a nice little village right in the most beautiful area of Varanger. 100% recommendation.

Really great place, big apartment, nice, clean, centrally located and with all appliances in a fully furnished home. For me, the best one: a fully automated espresso coffee machine!! And the coffee came with the house. Best coffee in town!! Hope to be back again.

Had a great time! I wanted peace and quiet and fantastic sea view. The interior of the cabin was both tasteful and had the right amount of exclusivity. The kitchen and cooking facilities were top notch and then some. A blend of new and modern with some almost antique and classic looking furniture gave the nearly minimalistic space an exquisite and personal feel. The beds were absolutely perfect and way beyond what is normal in any contemporary hotel. This was really a home away from home.

We had an unforgettable stay in Mette's house, which is simply beautiful. Well-equipped and incredibly comfortable, it offers everything you need for a perfect stay. The view of the sea is exceptional, with the song of seagulls and gulls adding to the magic of the place. The proximity of the beach allows you to fully enjoy the landscape and tranquility. The host thought of every detail to make our stay enjoyable. We recommend this house 100% to all those looking for a unique, peaceful place with an exceptional setting. Don't miss it!
