Beachfront holiday rental in Varigotti

Cinzia was very cordial and friendly both before arrival and at check-in and check-out. She met us halfway by showing flexibility for the check-in, considering that they didn't all arrive together. The apartment was impeccable both for cleanliness and tidiness and the kitchen well stocked to prepare something. The icing on the cake was the view of the sea! Rosaldo and Enzo are very polite and thoughtful guests, who welcomed us and greeted us with great warmth. The apartment has a breathtaking view, is very clean and has all the necessary comforts. The size and decor of the terrace invite you to spend time & relax. You can reach the beach with the surrounding restaurants in a few minutes. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Top accommodation + great hostess Must Dos: - Everything was very clean, so you feel very comfortable. - The apartment is located directly (50m walk) by the sea (private beach + nice café). - Communication with Isabella was simple, clear and friendly. Another thing: - The apartment looks a bit small at first glance, but due to the organization you have everything (we were there with our baby and the apartment was sufficient for a few days of vacation). We would book the apartment again for a new Sanremo trip.

My husband and I stayed in Andy's suite for just now and are still totally thrilled....it's a very tasteful suite, modernly furnished and very clean. Everything you needed was available, we didn't miss anything. Andy was available via mobile phone at all times and also very interested in whether everything is okay for us. We'd love to come back.

The view from the property is outstanding. You are on your own and can enjoy your time there in peace. The host Enrico always responds quickly and is very friendly. If you want, you can buy the olive oil produced on this property. With the location of the accommodation, you have to be aware that you are on the road, especially on foot, until you reach the finale. With bike/ car, however, no problem at all.

Nadia is a very welcoming host, very responsive, her instructions are very clear. The accommodation is very well located in a very quiet residence, with a magnificent view from its two terraces. It is also very clean and very bright, its equipment corresponds perfectly to the description, nothing is missing. The bike path at the bottom of the residence, the provision of bicycles and the garage for the car in the basement are great assets, (not to mention the pool). In short, thanks to Nadia, we had a great two-week stay in Sanremo and its surroundings. We highly recommend Nadia's accommodation. A big thank you to Nadia.

Carla is the person who takes care of Caren's property and really he's an extraordinary person! Quick responses, a host who talks with you, she recommended us beautiful places to visit (all in French to make our lives easier). The plus? The view from the apartment is even more beautiful than expected! We had two days of storms (rain, wind and thunderstorms) and the view of the raging sea was sublime! Despite the weather, people are adorable, merchants helpful, the building quiet! A real little corner of peace! Rejuvenating! Really I recommend the good you are close to everything without being in the hustle and bustle of the city. There are several activities around (you must certainly have a car) but everything is less than 5 minutes away! Really great

A beatiful apartment to stay in Alassio. Direct view on the beach and sea. We enjoyed it a lot and will come back!

We stayed for one night, we had a good time, it is close to the center and the beach, everything is easily accessible on foot. The reserved parking space inside the gate is very convenient. The only negative note was that there was no shampoo/body wash, only hand soap.

We had a great time at Carlotta’s place. The location was great, close to the village and amazing views of the coast. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Carlotta was a great host. We will be back!

Great hosts! They helped us quickly fix a mishap with the washing machine. The apartment is furnished in a rustic style, great sea view and 2 min to the beach.

It was perfect place to stay for our family to have a bike and beach trip. The sandy beach is just across the street and bike rental is possible nearby if the post is open for the season. Wonderful beachside restaurants and sunset aperitivo. Thanks, Gianluca!

We booked this place one day in advance and the place and location exceeded our expectations. Magnificent view, good location - 10 minutes to the beach and to the restaurants. The whole apartment was spotless and very good equipped. Highly recommend.

Very pleasant stay in a functional accommodation, and in the immediate vicinity of the sea and restaurants, private residence with outdoor parking. The accommodation is very functional to live in, beautiful living room with open kitchen, very comfortable bedding, 2 bathrooms, and a terrace that allows you to enjoy the outdoors in chill or meal mode. The jet bath is of no interest, however. Clean accommodation with everything you need to cook. Francesco is very attentive. There were 3 of us, but for 4 people the spaces are large enough for everyone. I recommend 👍
