Excellent place with extremely friendly and helpful host!!! One of the best we’ve ever experienced. The host went extra miles to make our stay in Varna amazing, helping with transferring, showing the place, giving great recommendations, reserving places for us. The response time is literally less than a minute so whenever we need any help, we get it! Top-tier! Other than that the place is spacious, TVs are perfect for movie nights with good sound and light system. Clean and cozy!

What a beautiful apartment with a perfect location - 5-10 min walking to the Festival Culture Center (ФКЦ) and literally across the park to the sea (5 min tops)! Very responsive hosts and overall great experience. We’d love to be back.

Great place! Very good location, close to the centre and the beach. Easy check-in and out. The rooms were spacious, communication with the host wasn’t needed because everything was provided.

It was my second stay at Violina's lovely place, and once again, it felt right at home. Friendly atmosphere, with lots of personal touches and details which make you feel welcomed. Thank you for the peace and quiet; warmth and coziness! I will definitely be back again!

The apartment is amazing, and has everything you might need. The 2 rooms are big enough, you have AC in every room. The kitchen is full equiped. Yoanna is very friendly, she sent us all the info we needed, and she was kind enough to let us make a late check out. Also, the parking spot was a bonus, a bit right, but if you are carefull, there are no problems.

There is no better location. The beach can really be reached in 3 min and restaurants in the Greek Quarter or in the east. The city center can be easily reached on foot in 7-8 and 12-13 minutes. It is really a quiet area. There is even a terrace. However, the bathroom should be too small for 4 people (also has no storage options), even the one of the two bedrooms has no closet or dresser, and the space is missing to open the suitcase. No problem at all, there were two of us and I left my stuff in the living room.

great choice for inside the city...warm love nest for every couple...the host was highly explanatory and available for any clarification... we highly recommend it!!!!!

This is my second stay with this host, and next time in Varna I will definitely try to stay with them again. The apartment is very functional from a lonterm stay, and is also cozy and welcoming. Small details like a yoga mat, good hairdryer and abundancy of kitchen utensils show that the host knows what makes a person feel like home. Nothing bothered my sleep, which is a crucial thing for me. I struggled with the parking in the area, because there are a lot of living buildings and many people leave their cars, especially in the evening. There is not so much light on the street, so while walking in the dark pay attention to the pavement to stay safe. To sum up, I really highly recommend this place and this host!

Emil is a great and responsive host! He was very welcoming and despite the fact that we came later than expected, he waited for us patiently and the check-in process went smoothly. The apartment looks even better in real life than on the pictures. The location is perfect, anything you need is in 10/15 minutes walking distance!

The apartament was very nice, it’s even better and bigger than the pictures. It had everything you might need, including towels, shower gel and coffee. Super close to everything. The host was very nice and accommodating, and event let us check in early. Highly recommend!

Great place for a getaway surroundings were beautiful and very difficult to find such a place with an astonishing views like that. Access to a private beach and restaurant. The hosts were also very hospitable.

Great Location and really comfy place. The whirpool was not functional and we were informed in a timely manner. We proceeded with the reservation anyway, mostly because of the location. We had a very pleasent stay and we were able to celebrate New Year directly in the center of Varna. Easy to recommend.

Clean,nicely arranged apartment,equipped with what is needed to have a carefree stay. Very communicative and responsive host - considering that in 2 days the water was stopped, he proposed us ( and we accepted) to move to another location, being the eve of the new year and not knowing how long it can take to fix the problem in the entire area. The second apartment also clean and well equipped. Pet friendly, an advantage for us traveling with a little poodle. I recommend, on a new visit to Varna we will come back to you. The place is kept immaculately clean and everything looks new. greay for sea garden and easy commute in the tip centre. Maria was responsive and personable.
