Underfloor heating and fireplace heat in winter. Cooking with Airfryer, microwave, or on the deck with a 5-burner gas grill. Drinking water can be obtained directly from the kitchen faucet. The guest has access to an entire cottage with sleeping areas for two, a sauna, a toilet, and a small kitchen. An air source heat pump ensures the right indoor temperature. Downtown 13km.

Fall in love with the stunning landscape that surrounds this place to stay. The villa is located on the shore of the Sirkkalampi by the beautiful clear water. It's about 17km from downtown. The cottage has running cold and hot water. The water is drinkable. Also an indoor toilet and shower. Wood sauna with a beautiful view of the pond. There are kitchen furnishings like a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, water, and coffee maker. There's also a washer. Sunlight comes to the cabin throughout the day.

Home from the last millennium

Stay in the middle of Kitee, on the corner of the square, all services are within walking distance. The house is from the 50s and the interior from the 90s. The bedroom has a double bed and the living room has two 80 cm beds. The kitchen is retro, but with modern appliances. Toilet small but clean and tidy. The shower rooms are downstairs, shared with another apartment, lockable door. Marimekko's cotton bedding and towels are washed with a fragrance-free detergent. You will sleep well in the smooth, fluffy sheets.

Private duplex in the center of Joensuu. Cozy apartment with sauna, glazed balcony for evening sun and central, but quiet location: 1km to the market, 500m to the university. Parking lot in the courtyard, plus 8h puck spots on the street (8am-6pm). NOTE: Your own space, which means you're taking care of the sheets and cleaning. Please leave the apartment as clean as it was when you arrived. Bring your own sheets or you can borrow from the closet. Washing and drying of borrowed sheets before you go 🙂✨

Relax in the soft steam of a big SAUNA in this peaceful location apartment. In the bedrooms, waiting FOR you, ready-pedated beds for a towel. In a large bedroom, a good 180x200cm double bed + big Smart TV, in a smaller one, 2 high-quality 80x200cm beds. In the fireplace room, you'll find a refrigerator, water point, microwave, water, and coffee maker, etc. If necessary, we can also make a bed (80+80 x 200 cm) from the sofa bed in the back room. Coffee, tea, and final cleaning with dishes are included!

Alapihan Arboretumin vierasmaja ja sauna

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild tree sport park. The area has about 250 different varieties of woody trees and shrubs on two acres. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in a natural state and the area is undergoing renovation. For those interested, the arboretum will be gladly introduced during the visit. The house crowd includes two lapin reindeer dogs, a cat, a rooster, and 6 hens. Breakfast on-demand

Villa LHJ Heinämäki

Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Style is rustic with a light twist of retro functionalism. Now we have moved 200m, on the opposite side of the road, and we offer Villa for our quest. Your sincerely Leena & Juha

Welcome to a unique boat house by a clear water lake! The boat house is equipped with modern appliances. Long deck by the water, summer kitchen, balcony on top of water, rowing boat, wood-fired sauna - all this is waiting for you in Ukonniemi. Boat house is excellent for remote work too as it is equipped so that all you need to bring along is your laptop. We are located on a northern Ukonniemi vineyard. You can explore nature and lake Pyhäjärvi during your stay!
