PLEASE NOTE THERE`S A CAT living in the cottage (she's an INDOOR/OUTDOOR CAT) and it might not be suitable for those who are allergic or don't like cats. The cottage is relatively secluded in a rural environment with farms, animals and all that comes with it.

A converted stone watermill at the bottom of a small valley, between two waterfalls. Walking in, you half-expect to have stepped back a century. The sound doesn't stop—it follows you to sleep and is the first thing you hear in the morning. You leave the car on an old bridge above and walk down a short rustic path; below it, the property opens up. Two villages and a small market sit a hundred meters back, reminding you civilization is still out there—but down here you're in your own world.

The spacious house consists of a bedroom (upper floor with large double bed), living room (sofa bed), bathroom, guest toilet and fully equipped kitchen. The village of Várzea is located on the west coast of the island. You have a view of the sea and the evergreen landscape. There is a work area in both the living room and the bedroom. The Wi-Fi connection extends to the outdoor area. In the living room there is a TV. Barbecuing is in the garden. A parking lot is by the house.

A beautiful terrace with garden furniture invites you to linger.

Casa da Praia, located in front of the beach in Mosteiros, consists of 2 bedrooms, a common living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a large outdoor area with a barbecue and a privileged view of the sea and the islets, where you can enjoy a unique sunset. The house has internet. The villa has 3 restaurants, as well as a tourist entertainment company that organizes activities related to the sea.

Our Casa Zerah is located with a wide view over the Atlantic Ocean, surrounded by a beautiful garden, at the western end of Sao Miguel, the main island of the Azores at about 170 meters above sea level on the gentle hills of the crater rim of Sete Cidades. The house can accommodate up to 6 people with a little more than 130 square meters on two floors.
