Stayed here recently and honestly, it was one of the chillest spots I’ve been to. The place has a proper cozy vibe. The interiors are clean and minimal, with nice marble flooring and a spiral staircase that gives it a cool look. Dining space is small but comfy enough for a group. The rooftop is where it really hits different. We did a BBQ session there — grilled some fish over charcoal, proper smoky, proper desi style. The setup isn’t fancy but it works perfectly if you're with the right people. That raw rooftop feel with a bit of smoke, rain in the background — can't beat that. Also, the view from the top is just green hills all around. Woke up, had chai sitting on those white chairs outside — peaceful AF. Rains had just hit, so everything smelled fresh and the wooden deck looked slick. Only small thing — bring your own stuff for grilling and maybe some mosquito spray at night. Sana’s apartment was the perfect base for our Goa trip. The location couldn’t have been better – just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and shops. We really loved our stay at Harmeeta’s apartment. Everything was well taken care of right from check in till check out. When Harmeeta said she is just a call or text away she really meant it, which was so impressive. We had face some wifi issues and contacted the host re the same. The ticket was raised immediately with the service provider and was fixed within minutes. The apartment is extremely beautiful and so clean. Indeed we felt like home away from home over here. The host is approachable and so kind. The caretakers deserves a separate appreciation for taking care of us and being so friendly and always welcoming and considering our needs. Sumit had decorated his home quite nicely and thoughtfully. It was relaxing and welcoming. The locality seemed to be decent and peaceful. His kitchens were stocked, rooms were clean and the complex was silent.

I can’t express in words how beautiful and perfect the stay was. Firstly, it matched the description and pictures perfectly. As soon as we entered, all of us were in awe. Our caretaker Chandan was very sweet and welcoming. He offered cooking for us and I must tell you, what food he prepared! It was delicious. There are multiple great things about this BnB. The pool of course is the highlight. The space is huge and feels like luxury. I surely recommend this BnB to fellow travellers who like mix of home and luxury vibe. The view from the balcony was also a highlight—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in the surroundings. We stayed at SunMaya for 4 days and it genuinely felt like a home away from home — safe, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. We visited during the monsoons, and the balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy the weather. The living room and bedroom are both spacious and easily accommodate 3 people. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with modern fixtures that added to the overall comfort The kitchen is well-equipped, which we appreciated, but the only drawback was the presence of Ants, which did affect the experience a bit. It’s something that could be looked into to make the stay even better 🤗 Meenu was a fantastic host — super responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and hope to return soon ❤️ Thank you for a lovely stay!

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

Loved this Bali-style stay in Colva! Super clean property, premium linen and had all the promised amenities and looked better than photos. Big private terrace, cozy plunge pool with skylight was amazing. Leena Kapoor is a great host. she helped with all the restaurants and popular spots to cover in Goa. Can’t wait to come back in December!
