Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Vasilikos

Pur essendo situato in un quartiere molto vivo di notte, l’appartamento non è disturbato da rumori vista la posizione riparata dalla via principale. La casa è semplicemente stupenda. C’è un giardino antistante alla veranda che rende tutto ancora più gradevole. L’host Dionisis è molto cordiale e gentile. Ci ha portato il pane fresco più di una volta oltre a prodotti del suo orto. Ci è stato permesso anche di posticipare il checkout di qualche ora, il che non è scontato. Un’esperienza che ripeteremmo molto volentieri. Super consigliato!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Cottage von Nikos, was der Beschreibung vollständig entspricht. Die Kommunikation war mit ihm jederzeit sehr schnell und sehr gastfreundlich. Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft gelegen, wie beschrieben und wir hatten dort eine tolle entspannte Zeit. Ebenfalls ist es ein super Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen, sehr gut gelegen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch die Taverne im Dorf (ca. 5 min) Gehweg entfernt. Für empfindliche Leute empfiehlt sich in manchen Nächten ein Ohrschutz/Ohrstöpsel (Hund und Hühner in der Umgebung).

Dionysis was very friendly and very helpful. Gave us a lot of great recommendations and was there to meet us at check-in and check out! The neighboring town Alinkanas was the perfect speed for our trip. Not too busy but still some great dining and bars to pick from, very safe area

We were very lucky to stumble across this tranquil villa. From requesting to book to the point of checking out, Savvina was very helpful and swift with replying, with some great suggestions to certain things we wished to do. We were met by mama nena on arrival who showed us around the villa and made us very welcome, with the added kindness of some lovely homemade produce, the following day we were totally spoilt with the arrival of a delicious pie. The villa was in a quiet area, which we were looking for, with a very short drive to the nearest beaches/taverners. We took in some beautiful sunsets and an amazing sunrise at the villa. We kwamen aan rond 11.00 maar Stratos had gezorgd dat we in het huisje konden, dat brandschoon was. De instructies waren duidelijk maar wij hadden niet goed gelezen en toen we verkeerd gereden waren kwam hij ons ophalen. Geweldig! We communiceerde via de app waar ook handige tips in stonden. Het huisje heeft een geweldig uitzicht vanaf de berg op de zee. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. Douche is prima loopt ook geen water over de vloer. Allemaal horren , airco ,ventilator voor ons perfect. Wij huren altijd een auto en op deze locatie voor ons in ieder geval onmisbaar. Het is een plek voor rustzoekers. In de buurt zijn volop restaurants en strandjes en met de auto kun je het hele eiland verkennen. Er zijn ook verschillende wandelingen. Stratos reageert heel snel en is erg behulpzaam.

Het appartement was mooier dan de foto's doen vermoeden. Er is een zeer ruime en goed uitgeruste keuken. Het huis is met liefde en aandacht ingericht. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Vanuit de tuin kun je zo de zee instappen via een rotsig plateau, dus waterschoenen zijn noodzakelijk. Stella en Panagiotis zijn zeer vriendelijke en hardwerkende mensen. Zij hebben de bakkerij op een kilometer afstand waar je 's morgens heerlijk brood en banket kunt kopen. Vaak kregen we een kleine traktatie bij het brood. We raden dit appartement van harte aan!

Wonderful space for a family. My brother and I made the most of the space and genuinely enjoyed our time in Zante. We would definitely stay again

Wij hebben 5 nachten doorgebracht in deze bungalow en we vonden het heerlijk. Met name de enorme tuin met meerdere zitjes en vrij uitzicht op de zee, op zeer korte afstand van een rustig strandje, zodat het bijna voelde als een privéstrand. Er komen regelmatig katten op bezoek in de tuin, die aanhankelijk zijn, maar als je niet van katten houdt is dit wellicht niet de ideale plek voor je ;) Op loopafstand van het centrum, waar meerdere supermarkten, restaurants, rentals etc aanwezig zijn. Voor ons was het centrum niet the place to be (erg toeristisch), maar afgezien van je boodschappen hoef je daar ook niet te komen. Wij hadden gehoopt fietsen te kunnen huren, maar dit bleek lastiger dan gedacht. Uiteindelijk hebben we met een scooter een hoop gezien. In een mum van tijd ben je uit de drukte en da's echt de moeite! Dionysia was behulpzaam met het regelen van een taxi van en naar het appartement. De keuken was goed uitgerust. Een aanrader voor mensen die van rust en groen houden!

Excellent stay for the few days we had left at the end of a 3 week holiday. Very convenient for plenty of shops, bars and eating places. Very convenient for the airport of course as you can tell by the location. Obviously there is noise from the airport but it is excellent if you like to get close to planes landing and taking off - like I do. Note, there is no noise overnight as the planes stop. The family running the accommodation were great. We were given a traditional Greek dish from Spiros mum which was delicious. Not only were the family friendly, so was their playful (big) labrador. Don't worry if you don't like dogs - he only visits guests who like him! We even got a free lift to the airport when it was time to go. Well recommended!

Prettig appartement, schoon en prima service. Ligt dichtbij vliegveld. Wel aan een wat drukke weg maar geen last van gehad.

Avgeris en Lily zijn zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk. Ze stonden de eerste avond op ons te wachten bij de parkeerplaats, wat fijn was, want we kwamen 's avonds aan. Het huis is netjes en alles is aanwezig. Je hebt vanaf het balkon prachtig uitzicht over de baai. Wij hebben gezwommen op het strandje vlakbij het appartement. Ik heb wel een huiskamer gemist, maar dat komt wellicht ook doordat mijn tienerdochter en tienerzoon veel op hun eigen bed vertoefde. In de keuken, voor op het terras en op het balkon heb je wel genoeg plek om bij elkaar te zitten. Om de dag wordt het huis schoongemaakt. Een luxe. Ook mochten wij ons overige boodschappen achterlaten, zodat er niets weggegooid hoefde te worden. Op loopafstand is er een eetgelegenheid. Via Lily en Avgeris kun je bij een familiebedrijf in het dorp een auto huren. Die de auto op het vliegveld zet. Wij hebben een fantastische week gehad op Zakynthos.

This place is stunning. The beach in front has turtles swimming all day long. The apartment was spotless and Claire was the most lovely receptionist/building manager. Everyone at this apartment was so kind and we felt right at home within minutes. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

An excellent stay in Zakynthos. Spyros, our host, was prompt and responsive all the way through, starting with the reservation. He sent useful info to help plan our stay on the island. The apartment itself was well situated and well maintained. Very convenient walk to most places in Zakynthos town and a short ride from the airport. Very clean and comfortable place. Fantastic view of the town and the Mediterranean beyond. I also appreciated that he came out to hand the key over, and walk through the various apartment details... I highly recommend this location and host

Wir wurden nett empfangen mit familiärem Gefühl. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und nah am Strand gelegen. Süße Katzen vor Ort und uns wurde gut geholfen bei Fragen rund um Zakynthos. Besucherfreundlich und es gab immer schnelle Antworten auf unsere Fragen. Dieses Familienunternehmen ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! :) Keri ist wirklich ein schöner Ort.

Great place! Super clean and homey. Good location, easy parking and not too loud! Only thing was the bed wasn’t the best but the rest of the place made up for it. It’s really nice they clean and give fresh towels daily! Definitely a perk! I would come back for sure.

The room was very cozy and a great stay, the balcony was a great addition. If you’re looking to be an extra tan the sun is in a perfect spot to do so. Also any questions about the town or recommendations I was asking for they gave great ones back and also always responded within 20 minutes so all in all everything was great!

On se sent comme à l’hôtel avec plusieurs passages dans la semaine pour changer les serviettes. Des fruits nous attendait à notre arrivée et des boissons fraîches un vrai luxe. La communication est très bonne et le logement était propre.

Had a fantastic stay at Sofita Sea View Apartment, on the main Street of Argassi which was fab as we could walk to all the restaurants and shops etc. But was still at a more peaceful and quiet end of the street. Windows do a good job at keeping noise out. Place was clean and beautiful with everything you need. Host was great at communicating and very friendly, she also messaged to check in half way through to ask how our stay was going. I would definitely come back!

We were three girls visiting from Canada, and staying at this Airbnb in Zakynthos was truly one of the best parts of our trip! The space was super homey — cozy, clean, and had everything we needed to feel completely comfortable for the entire week. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. When we had a small issue with one of the door locks, they were at the house within minutes to fix it — seriously the fastest and kindest response we’ve ever experienced while traveling. They checked in on us regularly (in the sweetest, non-intrusive way) and were always quick to respond with helpful answers whenever we had questions about the place or the area. They even surprised us with little treats during our stay, which was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel even more at home. Mid-week, they arranged for a housekeeping crew to come by and freshen up the space, which we really appreciated. It was such a warm and welcoming experience from start to finish.

Dionisis was a great host for me. welcomed me on arrival, this is always a nice thing. the view you wake up to money just can't buy. it's a perfect location if you want to relax and only a 5 min walk to all the shops, hire companies and amazing restaurants.

What started as a last-minute trip to Zakynthos became pure magic! Angelo and his parents are incredible hosts—caring, helpful, and truly dedicated to your perfect stay. Their genuine warmth makes this hidden gem shine even brighter. The location is breathtaking. Imagine waking to unbelievable turquoise sea views and the soothing sound of waves. Evenings under the stars, listening to the ocean, are simply special. This quiet, serene sanctuary is ideal for decompressing amidst natural beauty. Sterre of the Sea, Angelo, and his family offer a truly beautiful experience. A must-stay! I'm already planning my return in August.

Schöner kann man sich eine Unterkunft gar nicht vorstellen. Die beiden sind zauberhaft, flexibel, so gastfreundlich, erfüllen einem jeden Wunsch und sind jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die traumhafte Zeit auf der bezaubernden Insel!!

I have nothing but good things to say about our stay in Ammoudi. Both Aggeliki and her brother Alexis were friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for a relaxed stay and the poolside bar and restaurant had a great menu at very reasonable prices. The whole week was relaxing and that had a lot to do with the way Aggeliki manages her place. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay there again.
