The house is 130 sqm; kitchen, bathroom with underfloor heating and a nice shower. 4 beautiful bedrooms and spacious living room with fireplace. Patio with table and chairs, barbecue area overlooking the lake and trampoline for the children in summer. By the lake, there is a wood-fired sauna for rent and a rowboat to borrow. Bed linens & towels can be rented. Cleaning can be booked. A cabin for 2 is also available for rent.

The cabin is a fully-equipped and comfortable idyll all year round. Private, quiet and very peaceful location close to the lake. Enjoy the garden with its unique waterfall and the wood-fired sauna. Walk to the village swimming area with additional sauna, and the cottage's boat/canoe/kayak. There are fishing waters, berry and mushroom picking areas, walking paths and snow in winter. On the farm, there are sheep and you are warmly welcome to bring your pet. My ambition is for you to have a really good time with me at hand without me disturbing you.

På endast 15 minuter med bil har du tagit dig till Skuleberget med flera alternativ att besöka toppen och njuta av den eftertraktade utsikten. Du har endast ca 30 min med bil till Norrfällsviken. Besök också Nordingrå, Bönhamn eller Rotsidan! Möjligheterna är många och du kommer bo mitt i Höga kusten mellan Härnösand, (45min) Kramfors (35min) och Örnsköldsvik (45min). Välkomna!

Welcome to our newly renovated house of 160 sqm by Graningesjön, surrounded by nature and miles of views. Enjoy lake views from the balcony and terrace, cozy fireplace in the kitchen and fireplace in the living room. Two bathrooms, one with bathtub and shower. Wood-fired sauna by the lake with jetty and boat to borrow. In winter, starry skies and the northern lights light up the evenings. Close to hunting and fishing – perfect for relaxing and adventures in the wilderness!

Sjöstugan

Sjöstugan passar både för dig/er som är på genomresa (7 minuter från E4) eller om du/ni kan stanna några dagar. Bada från brygga eller strand. Fri tillgång till eka, kajak, cyklar och grill (ta med kol). Dubbelsäng, våningssäng och bäddsoffa. Önskas spjälsäng och barnstol? Förbränningstoalett, insynsskyddad duschkabin på altan. Hyr gärna sängkläder och handdukar, tvättmaskin, vedeldad bastu eller elbilsladdning. Städning ingår i hyran.

Upplev genuint "slow-life" i denna mycket omtyckta 100-åriga stuga. Här varvar du ner vid elden och hugger din egen ved. Njut av hemlagad frukost, vedeldad bastu och vår nya miljövänliga förbränningstoalett. Inget rinnande vatten inne, men härlig soluppvärmd utedusch och sittbadkar finns. Laga mat på vedspis eller smidigt i miniugn/micro. Drick kaffe vid bäcken, paddla kajak i dammen eller spana efter norrsken. En magisk plats att bara vara.

This charming cottage is situated on an island with the living room overlooking the estuary. There are sleeping possibilities for five people: one bedroom with a bed and a loft with three comfortable bed mattresses. There is one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a washing machine in the cottage. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the rich nature that the island gives. Explore it by foot or bikes.

The Bakery Cottage, genuine stay in the High Coast

Stay in a traditional and unique bakery cottage - an old loghouse, reesently renovated. Enjoy the coosy feeling in the kitchen when the wood stove is burning. Take a swim och go fishing in the lake, there is also a plain sauna. Explore and enjoy the wonderful nature! This is the perfect basecamp för outdoor-life and culture excursions. Easy to access from E4 but still enough far away.

Come and stay in our cozy house 15 minutes walk from the town centre of Örnsköldsvik in the heart of The High Coast area. Our house has got 3 bedrooms where at least 6 persons can stay. Bed clothing and towels are included in the price. Extra beds can be arranged if needed. EV charger (type 2,, 11 kW) available 21:00-06:00.
