Everything's new, the 5* hotel bedding too! You can leave your car in the garage of the building and do everything by metro. (You are a 3-minute walk from Metro A Gratte Ciel: you will be in the center of Lyon in 8 mins!) The kitchen is separate from the living room and the bedroom is also separate and courtyard side so very quiet!

Great host and great place. Olivier is very responsive, with good advice and very pleasant. 10/10 accommodation: Clean, convenient, complete to stay there for a few days. I stayed there for 3 days, as part of the Sirha trade show as a pro stay. Very quiet, clean and good bedding, it feels like home. We had a very pleasant stay in this tastefully renovated and particularly well-equipped accommodation. The environment is very quiet and allows you to recharge after the days of visiting the city. The bus is 50 meters away and allows you to reach the center of Lyon either directly or by transiting by metro. Communication with the host is excellent and the guide to activities to do and restaurants to discover that he has made is very useful. In short, if you want to spend a few days in Lyon, book this accommodation and you won't be disappointed.

Our stay was very short, however the accommodation was very nice and extremely clean, and our host was very responsive and accommodating. A parking space allowing direct access to the accommodation, instead of a location to find on the street, would have been a plus. Otherwise we would recommend this listing.

The accommodation is in excellent condition, refurbished very recently. Very clean, tidy and well-equipped, you immediately feel good there. Parking is a little far away, no parking in the immediate vicinity, it's the only small downside if you are loaded. A spacious closed bedroom, and a large and comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Ideal for more than two people.

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!
