Large living room, kitchen and dining room in one (about 90 sqm), two more living rooms (one with TV, one hobby room). Four bedrooms, one of which is also an office. Three bathrooms. Large terrace with many seating areas and hot tub. Blueberry bushes and forest in the back and lovely sea views from the front. 150 meters to swimming, 500 meters to playground/swimming area, 15 km to Vaxholm, 30 km to central Stockholm.

With only 15 minutes drive or municipal boat traffic, you come out here to the tranquility where you can enjoy water, wind and wonderful scents from nature. There are two small cottages at the waterfront with a view over Askrikebay. You rent them bouth. Here you will find a pir, porch and sauna There are two kayaks for rent.
