Spacious house, built in 1936, with 9 rooms for socializing both outside and inside with, among other things, a playroom, several TV rooms and various places for meals. Nice sunny plot from morning to evening, perfect for play, swimming and barbecue evenings. 10 minutes by car you will come to Stockholm city center for shopping or lovely swimming areas with cozy cafes on Lidingö.

Little cottage on the mountain!

Welcome to this little gem located at the top of our mountainous property. The cottage is good for staying overnight for a single night but has everything that may be needed. Note: No accommodation for anyone who has trouble walking. The sofa bed is 160 cm wide and is easily made. Small kitchen with two hobs, microwave and refrigerator. Small toilet in the cabin and shower is separate with its own entrance in our house. The cottage is located on our property where we live on a street on the outskirts of Vaxön with adjacent villas.

With only 15 minutes drive or municipal boat traffic, you come out here to the tranquility where you can enjoy water, wind and wonderful scents from nature. The house is located on its own island without a municipal connection, but it is easy to get help across the water, as long as you announce your planned trips in advance.

Välkommen till vår charmiga sjöstuga i idylliska Kummelnäs, precis vid vattnet med egen brygga och fantastisk utsikt över Stockholms inlopp. På sommarkvällarna (April till mitten September) kan du njuta av magiska solnedgångar direkt från balkongen eller bryggan. Stugan är ca 40 kvadratmeter och välutrustad med allt du behöver för ett bekvämt boende. Här finns även bastu, kolgrill och möjlighet att hyra SUP för härliga turer på vattnet.

Rural waterfront tiny house

Welcome to our amazing tiny house in the nature reserve "Elfvik", 20 minutes from Stockholm city. The house is 15 m2 and has a kitchenette with fridge/freezer compartment, sofa bed, 140 cm wide, toilet and shower. Outside there is a porch with seating area with fantastic views of the church bay. There is also a public "hidden" jetty 150 meters from the house. Guests have free access to borrow a kayak for two people and a life jacket.
