My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

What an amazing stay we had in Lucca! The villa is slightly outside the centre and as we had no vehicle we used taxis each day but it was very simple with the Taxi App and they were easy to find in the city at the various taxi ranks. We had a wonderful day in Pisa, just a short train ride on quick and clean trains. Lucca itself is just beautiful, so many lovely restaurants and we enjoyed wandering around the walls. The villa itself was just wonderful, particularly the spotlessly clean pool and garden. The kids loved playing in the pool every afternoon after a day of exploring. Gabriele and his wife Paska are so helpful too. We had the best time and I highly recommend this villa for a wonderful stay in Lucca.

A truly wonderful place to stay. The only sounds you’ll hear is the singing of the birds. Extremely clean and stocked with everything you will need. The property is beautiful and the pool is a fantastic way to end your day of exploring. We highly recommend. We know you won’t be disappointed.

Whether you’re heading to Florence, Pisa, or the charming hill towns, everything is within easy reach. House: Well-equipped and comfortable, with all the listed amenities in perfect working order. After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful property with warm, welcoming hosts. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and everything is tastefully decorated The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for cooking meals at home. The pool was a great temperature, immaculately clean, and came with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The entire setting is peaceful and relaxing, yet only a 35-minute drive to Siena and 50 minutes to Florence. We especially loved watching the sunset at the nearby five-star Belmond hotel. We went for drinks at 7pm, enjoyed live music, and were surrounded by the heavenly scent of jasmine. There is no air conditioning but the fans were absolutely fine! Another highlight was La Speranza, a gorgeous deli serving excellent coffee, pastries, cheese, and wine. They kindly spoke English when we got stuck and made us feel so welcome.

We felt comfortable in the historic house and the extensive olive grove all around. You have the estate completely to yourself and can enjoy peace and nature accordingly. The location is perfect. You can quickly reach the towns of Camaiore, Pietrasante and Viareggio by car. Gianluca provided us with valuable tips and hints for excursions and local specialties in a humorous and warm way.

We had a great week with Giovanna and Antonio. They are both very nice, helpful and always available for questions. The house is exactly as in the pictures, very cozy and we felt comfortable right away. The shared garden is beautiful and the pool is great to cool off on a hot day. Lucca is about 10 minutes away by car and Pisa and Florence are also easy to reach. We 100% recommend the place. Thanks for the great time :-)

Mara’s apartment is a jewel in Viareggio. It is beautifully designed and fitted out with loads of room inside and a great functioning kitchen and wonderful private balconies to sit out to eat or relax.The location is perfect within walking distance to the beach, shops and many restaurants, bars and cafes. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Viareggio

It was wonderful to live in the middle of Tellaro and to have breakfast on the roof terrace with the fantastic view! The cottage is very skillfully renovated and lovingly furnished with selected pieces. Everything we needed was there and we were very nicely received by Lola. There are some stairs in the house that you have to climb to finally end up on the roof terrace, you should be aware of that. We had a great, relaxed time hiking (directly from the house), visiting Cinque Terre, swimming again and again and of course trying the restaurants on site. It was all perfect thank you so much!

We were guests at Fabiana's for a wedding in San Giuliano Terme. The house is clean, comfortable and equipped with everything. Fabiana co had a fresh house and a bottle of water that after our trip of about 4 hours was very welcome. We also found some really welcome cookies and coffee pods. I congratulate Fabiana, it is clear that it is a house managed with care and love. I also recommend it for those who want to explore the Pisa area, in a few minutes we were also at the sea in Torre del Lago, very nice. Thanks again

Couldn't be better. Exceeded our expectations

The place was just great. We felt comfortable right away and all our needs were recognized directly without asking. As soon as the sun was shining, there were two loungers ready. The two were very warm and you can see how much attention to detail they renovated the house. Really unique. The property is very idyllically surrounded by lots of nature. A dream to just shut down.

We had a really good time at Casa Viola. The Host Francesco, always very kind, offers the utmost availability to satisfy any need, information, etc. The house is impeccably clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need and much more. Outside you can comfortably dine and possibly give space to our beloved dogs. The area allows you to spend a holiday in total relaxation. Very nice reception. In the spacious apartment, we felt very comfortable as a family with 3 children. Only 15 min from Pisa.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at I Pini, the house was well furnished and comfortable with everything we needed and the view is just stunning, the photos really don’t do it justice! Everything was as described and we had a lovely time there, helped by Cristina and her team’s thorough information provided about the local area and their quick responses to any questions or messages. Lerici itself is a beautiful town with lots of things to do close by, including day trips to the Cinque Terre and Pisa. I am sure we will be back in the future!

Luisa and Colin were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. They kindly allowed us to check in early and were always available for any questions or requests prior to our arrival. They were attentive and open to all of our needs. The house itself was beautiful, with a stunning view and a pristine pool. Everything was absolutely perfect, and we truly felt at home throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this estate to anyone traveling with children — they are sure to have a wonderful time here.

I loved the stay at La Pineta! The place was very comfortable, clean and such a lovely vista looking out over the vegetable garden and pine trees from the back porch. I very much enjoyed the fresh tomatoes, lettuce, and figs from next door neighbour Signora Mina’s garden too! It was a lovely stay. Thank you.

Our stay was simply fantastic! The accommodation was beautifully located, very well maintained and tastefully furnished. The large pool was a particular highlight - ideal for relaxing and refreshing on warm days. The surroundings were quiet and offered wonderful views of the Tuscan countryside. Cristina was a fantastic host – warm, helpful and always available. We felt comfortable from the first moment.

We booked late and we were 6 people with 2 cars. The place was perfect for what we wanted. Somewhere with space, clean, parking and walkable to Forte’s beaches, shops and restaurants. The house ticked all the boxes. We would definitely stay there again. We needed to contact the host Simone and he was very responsive and helpful. Book with confidence and enjoy like we did.
