Our house is very close to the Rock Beach and White town.Hosted by Mr. Karthik, who also runs an Air ticket travel agency, we can offer travel facilities at an extra cost.Owner stays on the ground floor. We don’t offer porter service. Maid service available for free.

The earthen hut

The earthen hut, located amidst the cashew orchard, is a unique pioneer-style hut made of wood, mud, and coconut leaves, using completely sustainable materials. It features a curated open-hut design surrounded by lush greenery, offering guests a unique living experience. The hut includes a kitchen, a separate standalone bathroom, and a pebble-paved patio with seating areas for enjoying coffee! The best corner is the balcony, which offers the guest to witness the sunset, sunrise and stargazing.

Sunshine beach house is a quiet, warm and cosy home. The house has large transparent Windows both in hall and one of the bedroom to invite sunshine, sea breeze and flow of energy. The house is located infront of the bay of bengal and our flat is in the 1st floor. From the balcony you can see the entire sea.
