If you want silence and natural surroundings, this cabin can be something for you. Cozy cabin built in 2014, well maintained. Great hiking terrain both in the mountains and in the valley. Lots of berries and mushrooms, and plenty of bird life. You can swim and fish in Røyrtjønna, a small lake just below the cabin, and also swim in Ranelva (5 min walk). Approximately 20 min drive to Sandnessjøen, 25 min to Mosjøen, and 15 min to the ferry connection Levang-Nesna. 7 min from Toventunell. A great starting point for vacationing and accommodation in Helgeland.

Simple studio apartment with private entrance in quiet Olderskog, Mosjøen. The studio has a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed that sleeps 2, a sleeping alcove with a single bed and a bathroom with a washing machine. Short distance to the shop, school and great hiking areas such as Mosåsen and Mostjønna. 8 min to the city center, 10 min to the airport. Perfect for both short and longer stays – with fiber, parking and a safe neighborhood. Dishwasher, washing machine and all other necessary equipment can be found in the apartment

Enebolig til leie. Opp til 6 sengeplasser. Eneboligen ligger i ei rolig gate i Kulstadlia. Kort vei ned til Halsøy der det er fotballbane, bensinstasjoner og butikker. Her spilles også noen kamper under kippermocupen. Boligen har 3 soverom, to bad, et stort vaskerom, en stor altan med paviljong og grill + gode solforhold. Det er garasje og 3 parkeringsplasser utenfor + el lader. Det er ei stor kjellerstue nede man også kan benytte som soverom. Tar ca 6-7 min å kjøre til sentrum og Kippermoen.

Huset dere skal bo i et et gammelt tømmerhus som står plassert mitt i en oase av en hage. I første etasje er det entre, et rom med toalett med vask, et rom med toalett og vaskemaskin, stue med sofakrok og stor spiseplass og stort og velutstyrt kjøkken. Fra kjøkkenet er det egen dør ut til stor terrasse med stoler, bord og grill. I andre etasje er det bad med dusj og toalett, et stort soverom med 2 dobbeltsenger og 1 enkeltseng, et mindre soverom med dobbeltseng og en sovekrok med enkeltseng.

House with 2 bedrooms + children's room/baby room that can be equipped with an air mattress if needed. If you travel with small children/baby) we can rent a crib and other children's equipment.😊 The house has an electric car charger. We usually live here, so we rent out where it suits us. Therefore,☺️ there will also be rooms/sheds that are locked during the rental period with personal items. NOTE! A cat usually lives in the house (not present during the rental period)

Only 6 minutes to Mosjøen center, 5 minutes to Kippermoen sports facilities and 5 minutes to ski and alpine center, this is a fantastic starting point for activities, but also for relaxation in forests and fields. The house is large and spacious, with plenty of space for many - both indoors and outdoors. In summertime the sun can be enjoyed until midnight.
